Does anyone else fell nervous to hear that Funimation is re-releasing the Slayers?

I am a little. All I own are bootlegged VHS recordings of the original DVDs, but I hope to buy them one day. However, I seem to be the only one who liked the English voice cast, and my fear is that they'll redub it. Like they did with Akira. stressed I liked that Leonardo's voice was Kaneda's in the original dubbing!!!

I have a hard enough time watching Slayers Premium because of Gourry and Amelia's VAs...

I am. I was wondering if they over-dubbed it with their voice talents, or left it the way CPM had it. Hopefully it's the latter.

Well it doesn't sound like they dubbed over Lina, except maybe on the movies (it definately sounds different then). The series has Lisa Oritz playing Lina Inverse and it sounds the same through the episodes.
The originals rock!
