Welcome to my unique log thread! In this log I will keep track of the BAD things I eat in a day. Beside each bad choice in diet I will put TWO things: an exercise and a food item. This will show what my "punishment" will be for eating that BAD food.

I will do this in moderation. If I KNOW that I hae worked hard enough to earn a piece of chocolate or a slice of cake I will treat myself. Otherwise it is put in HERE!

I decided to start this log after failing to start a fitness program and noticing the amount of chocolate, cake and other munchies I'd eaten. This way I will be forced to start my fitness program and more!

August 22nd: Day One

1 Piece of REAL Chocolate
~At least it was only ONE! But it was big and should have been cut into smaller pieces. (5 Slices of Pepper, 5 Push-ups)

1 Chocolate Dipped Granola Bar
~Granola is good but chocolate is bad! (1 block of cheese, 5 Sit-ups)

1 BIG Piece of Cake
~It wasn't my fault, it was pre-cut even when I asked for a smaller piece. Still I could have cut it again myself and store some for another day. (Salad for work tomorrow without dressing, Day one of running program)

1 Hot Cocoa
~Everyone one has a wake-up drink (even if it is in the afternoon) and there was NO toppings! (NO PUNISHMENT!)

5 Hershey Kisses
~Moderation, very good. But coupled with everything else it isn't so great. (5 slices of pepper, 5 Push-ups)

You may think this is a silly idea but for snack tonight I am having 10 slices of pepper with 1 block of cheese on the side. And for work tomorrow I must skip the hot lunch items and go for a salad. As for fitness I must do my running TONIGHT! and 10 push-ups followed by 5 sit-ups!
