does sasuke learn a knew jutsu after leaving to join orochimaru
and is it possible for him or any other ninja to creat a new jutsu.i have no clue

If it wasn't possible for ninja's to create new techniques, then we wouldn't have all the diferent types we have now.
As for Sasuke learning new techiniques... Yes. Apparently he learns a few.
Though I really want to know what technique he was going to use on Naruto the first time they met up with each other after the time-skip, before Orochimaru interupted him.
I'm starting to guess he was going to use the Chidori-sword... but for some reason, in a way, it also doesn't seem that way.
Blast, Kishimoto, why must you drag things out so long before giving us answers? Dx

rolleyes Well I dont wanna be a Spoiler but when he does kill Orochimaru u do notice a couple ways of how he uses snakes and when he kills Deidara he also uses like 2 more so i think he did.
Yea def 3 or more new jutsus.

He learned quite alot. The one where he uses the Chidori-sword, and the summoning jutsu (snake), and all those other fancy snake jutsus. I'm probably forgetting something, but that's basicly all. I'm sure Kishi-sensei is hiding more from us... ninja
