Tataroo Valley. You know how you were there when it was dark? this time you can cross over the little river towards the right. You will later find a rock that looks like it is blocking somewhere. Use Mieu Attack (whatever it is called, can't remember as I haven't played this in a while). You will find Mieu Wing in the room there.
