Seems pretty straightforward to me.
Feel free to make any tutorials that will suit any form of digital media. If i feel it's a great resource, i'll sticky it, and you shall remain at the top of the forum forever. Muahahahaha.
Don't feel offended if it isn't though. Its probably still good stuff.
Quick little hints/tips should be posted in this thread though, to avoid too many threads in this sub forum.
Example: I find that in flash, i use over 10 layers/symbols for one scene. A weather symbol and a locked background layer always seem vital :]
