Thread for manga discussion cause.. Sake loves her manga. whee If Draconia any other IRL friend see this list, this is a big help for BDay/Xmas presents ^^;
Sakura's Manga want-list (note: numbers are the volumes) :
3- Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicles
3- xXxHolic (I AM YUUKO!)
8 and 9- Gravitation
2- Othello
3- Under the Glass Moon (I think they gave up on my precious J-rock loli/gothic manga crying )

Why is this thread called 'Manga-ka' when we're talking about Manga and not the artists?

Hmm... well, I don't have much of a wishlist right now. Actually, the only graphic novels I have bought are D.N.Angel 1-4. I've also had 1-3 of Corrector Yui bought for me by friends.
Oh, and I subscribe to Shonen Jump.
But, fortunately, all of my friends are rapid manga whores, who buy loads upon loads of manga, and as a group, everyone's manga is eventually passed around to everyone else to read.
So, I've got a nice shelf-full of manga to read. Quite a collection. ((now if only I could get up the energy to read it all...))
But oh!
I noticed some things on your guys' lists...
and Tsubasa is good. Very fun.
and Mars, though I didn't like very much at first, actually gets really good towards the end, and over all, it was a great series I thought.

You know, I've heard of it, but I can't think of where--if at all-- I've seen it.

Who here has read Petshop of Horrors? Ra, every time I do, I get these horrendous sugar cravings. Last time, I wound up eating five hershey bars and sat there twitching for the next two hours. And then the sugar left my system. I went through withdrawls for a week!

It's about a petshop, literally. Only, it sells things like basilisks and mermaids and flesh-eating rabbits... And Count D is a sugar freak.
