Contests are a good way to find new members !
Role playing isn't really my thing so...
Maybe we should have somewhere to post our art and help each other to improve. Just an idea...
We need to find something that will keep the members active. But we don't know each other so it's kind of hard.
P.S: Waiting for the mule to donate (yay for art shop XD)

Contests are a great way to get some new members, but the only thing is: some people with talent are afraid to show it. They are afraid that people won't like their art and what not.
It's a great idea, though.

Ah yes... It's true, it's hard to have confidence in your drawings.
@thelittlepenguin : Ok ! I'll send a trade then. It won't be much but I hope it helps. EDIT : Hm, the mule doesn't have a trading pass... ?

I have the same thing, I'm not quite confident enough to actually post a lot but I kinda forced myself into posting my art even if I dislike it. But maybe we should post something to encourage others to post their art, like you said yourself, Lilia. Well I gotta go now, school.

Exactly. I'm doing some commissions right now and I'm always afraid the customers won't like my drawings...
I don't know if we should post drawings here or if we'll have a new subforum for that.

Art Mentoring? Say, Someone posts some of their more recent works in a thread, probably a sketch, and others comment, critique, even redline it. So if you think you're not as good as you'd like, you can improve with the help of other members. Example That my Art Mentor did for Me: [Sketch][Redline]

Pretty much. Your art mentor did a good job : doing redlines and explaining. He even added compliments !

I think for now we should keep our drawings and W.I.P. in the main forum, becuase the guild is small. I'm in another small guild, and no one goes in the sub-forums. The threads that are made in the sub-forums are pretty much ignored neutral . I think that until this guild gets bigger, we should keep W.I.P. and C&C threads where everyone will see them in the main forum, so that we can get better help.

I set up a critique forum today, so you guys can start posting there. Also, I finished setting up the mule, so she has a trading pass now.
