I think it would be easier to just be a mom and not a wife. I think I do twice as much work and put so much more energy in the spousal relationship.

yes and no....It all depends on the spouse and how supportive they are..

It goes in spurts. Some times it goes for a while that I don't feel that way and then bam there is a few days that it's like which one of you is the kid. Because my daughter is a great helper. People keep telling me to enjoy it while I can.

meh, it's a give and take situation to be married in my opinion .

My husband plays games that i barely understand why he puts so much time and energy into. Then he does the same thing with me on gaia. He wants me to play war craft and I want him more involved on gaia lol...and its a loosing battle for both of us.

he also...has a way of doing things that doesn't make sense to me..but it does to him and vice versa. He can be such a neat freak!!! and im an organized mess.

its just , you have to learn to pick your battles.

i know my husband can seem like a 9 year old at times...and i just shake my head saying to myself "this is who i picked to breed with?" lol..but i do love the guy..and we all have our faults.

i know i'm not the most sane person on the planet to live with either..so....its really just a mutual understanding that we both have moments of imaturities. lol

I have to say that everyone has good and bad moments. It is a fact of life. Its how we react to those moments that make our life hard or easy. I mean does it really matter if someone puts all their spare time into a PC game or fishing? The thing that really matters is if they are there for you when its important, truly love you and your kids, provide for the family and spend time with you and the kids. Some of the best dads are like little kids. They are some of the best because they can play and relate to the kids. Kids really need a parent who will play with them like they like to play. Someone who will get down on th floor and act like a goof ball with the kids. Those are usually the best dads in my opinion any way..I am not talking about the dads who spend all their time playing video games and not noticing anything that doesn't relate to the game..LOL Well I better hush ..Sorry HUGS smile

It has to do with doing everything for him and him wanting everything done his way right away. This has to do with packing for trips, dealing with his chores that I end up doing while he is in school or when he is sick. Don't get me wrong I have a wonderful husband he just has his selfish moments that irritates sometimes.
