Ingredients:
1 Clove of Garlic 1 Lemon [or flour] 1 Spoon of parsley [minced] 2 Spoons of Mint [minced] 8 Artichokes [Roman if it’s possible] 50Gr [0.11Pound] Of Breadcrumbs Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
The first thing to do is to clean the Artichokes, remove the hardest leaves of it, and cut the stalk, because it must be of about 4cm 1.6 inches. Enlarge the leaves of the artichokes using your hands, in order to remove the beards inside of it, then soak the artichokes in acidulous water [usually water with lemon juice] to prevent the formation of black parts, that must be removed.[instead of the water you can cover the artichokes with flour] Now put together and amalgamate: minced garlic, mint, parsley, breadcrumbs, oil and add a pinch of salt. Then using a spoon fill the artichokes with this preparation. Now blanch the filled artichokes in a frying pan for a couple of minutes, then add water as high as half the head of the artichokes, and salt. After half an hour the artichokes should be done.
