Job Descriptions and Payrates are as follows:

Colorists
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
//.You must be available to color at least three Ulaith/month. That includes all four stages.
//.You must be able to make Shading Templates for yourself, as each colorist has their own. If you cannot shade, please do not apply.
//.You must cert your own colorings ((.PSD file will be supplied, as well as instructions on how to cert)) and upload them to the Shop Photobucket.
//.You must have AIM or an e-mail address so that I may send you required files, as well as converse with you on a more regular basis than just on Gaia. AIM is preferred.
Job Benefits
//.You get a SPR (Standard Pay Rate) of 1ooog/Week.
//.You get 8o% of all Auctions you color.
//.You get 1oo% of all Flatsales you color.
//.You get 9o% of all Customs you color.
//.If you happen to get a Bribe Slot, you will get 1oo%!
//.You will get to create your own free Full/Complete/Cosplay Custom Ulaith.Breeders
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
//.You must be able to have three Breeding Slots open a month.
//.You must manage your own breedings in the Breeding Section of the Guild.
//.You must Cert your own Breedings ((.PSD file will be supplied, as well as instructions on how to cert)) and upload them to the Shop Photobucket.
//.Since almost all Breeding Parents are edited, you must be capable of doing Lineart Edits on appropriate Offspring. IF YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING LINEART EDITS, THEY WILL BE SUPPLIED FOR YOU.
However, there will be a 5% deduction on your net pay listed below. :]
//.You MUST come up with unique and creative offspring.
//.You must have AIM or an e-mail address so that I may send you required files, as well as converse with you on a more regular basis than just on Gaia. AIM is preferred.
Job Benefits

Do you work at any other shops: I work as a manager at a Avi Art shop, and I will be an RP manager for a shop opening soon, and I'm considering opening a shop. (If you'd like links and shop names, feel free to ask 3nodding )
Previous Work Experience: None as a breeder.
Work References (Gaians you have worked with/for before): Hm? I'll answer this when I figure out what it means. redface
Samples of your Coloring:
An entry I did for a coloring contest, but never entered. Lineart DOES NOT belong to me.
My first coloring using a real art program. I have permission from the artist to use an an example. The lineart however, does NOT belong to me
I colored this for a friend. I bought the lineart, but did not draw it <--- One of my best ones yet.
Samples of your Lineart Editing:
Lineart belongs to me, but I did NOT draw it. It is an edit of the lineart underneath. I made it look like my friend's avatar. The coloring in this picture is not very good though.<-- If you'd like more/better samples, I'd be glad to supply some
This is how the lineart looked before edits. I own it, but was drawn by someone else. Please do not steal
Samples of any Breedings you've done: None
Other samples (other artwork/WIPs/etc): I've done many avi arts and OC arts. However, I will post them if necassary 3nodding
How many hours/day are you on Gaia? 2-3 hours. Depending on how my eyes take it ^^;;
How much time per month would you be able/willing to work? When school starts, I can be on once a day for 2-3 hours. For now, I can be on a couple of times a day mrgreen
Do you have AIM? Yes. I will PM it if necassary. Otherwise, I prefer to keep it to myself. sweatdrop
