Here, I'll start it off.
Nothing too special. Just a picture from the inside of a friend's home.
I picked the subject matter because I found the angle to be interesting from my point of view. The subtle shadows give it a nice touch.
The composition conveys a certain feeling of isolation.
Can anyone tell me what the metaphor is within this piece?
Hint: Several items in the composition are EMPTY.

Girl, what are you, blind or something? the color of the chair makes it way noticable. If it was cream or something then I wouldnt be talking. But it is pretty obvious its maroon!
