I can get you into it then. First things first. Your HP. Your HP and your Chakra are conjoined. When you use a Jutsu it uses up Chakra, and for every Jutsu you use you lose a certain amount of HP. Bunshin No Jutsu, Being an E-Rank technique, Takes up only 5 HP. For 6 of those clones You lose 30 HP. So for any kind of "Clone" Technique, You lose a certain amount of HP Depending on how many you created.(I think) Now, For the whole Dice roll. Whenever you use a Jutsu you use the "Post Action" And roll a dice, For a genin it would be Two 20 sided dice. Lets say you were to to Attack someone with an E-Rank technique. Then you would have to roll 5 or over. Under 5 and your attack fails. The rest of the information is in the Battle System explanation. It's the topic near the bottom of the main Forum Page.

Saketsu tracked down the one who made the clones, An easy way of finding the real one is to watch your opponent make the handsign, and keep your eyes where he was, and chase him down. Saketsu made a series of handsigns and shouted out, "Human Puppet Technique!"And he launched his attack.

HP:750. This is my original HP. Genin Don't have this much HP. But this is how it works. See, The Jutsu I just used was an S-rank technique. You lose 150 HP from using one of those. So 750 - 150 = 600. I have 600 HP left.

Now above my post you see it says i rolled a dice. I rolled 6 20 sided dice. Only Akatsuki can roll this, but don't worry anyways. A Genin can roll either 1 dice or 2 dice..I forgot xD So that's basically it. OH. And, Your techniques rank MUST be within your HP limit. And it should be reasonable.
