I'm basically just trying to lose weight. I'm going mainly by scale weight and bodyfat% because I am not interested in muscle AT ALL.
Stats: (As of august 07th)
Chest: 32"
Waist: 28"
Hips 33" (ewww!)
Weight: 140.6 lbs
Bodyfat percentage: 23.4%
Othe less important stats:
Arms Unflexed/flexed: 10.5" 11"
Forarms: 9.75"
Wrists: 6.75"
Shoulders: 39" around, 17.5" across
thighs: 20" at highest area, 18.5" at center
Calves: 13.5"
neck: 14"
height: 5'4.75"
my goals are:
Chest:28-30"
waist: 24-26" maybe smaller
hips: 26-28"
Weight: 108-120 depending on how much muscle I choose lose or how much I MAY tone up.
bodyfat% 4-10% nothing higher
For the other measurements, the only areas I want significantly smaller are my thighs and calves, from anywhere to 3-5" off my calves and up to 8" on my highest area of my thighs.
I'd like to lose an inch or two off my neck, but it's not imperitive. My Arms, I REALLY want to lose 2" in both relaxed and flexed size, but I suppose I can live with them as is (just minus the fat).
I know some people may think I'm too small, but my bodyfat% speaks for itself in that I should lose weight. I know people don't like the idea of a skinny male, but it'll look better on me because of my bone structure. also, it's the way I perfer myself. Muscle isn't attractive on my body and I don't want it. Thank you for your support...and if you don't give me any....thanks for reading.
