There's a con coming up at the end of next month, and I was wondering if anyone would help me with the masquerade portion... Right now my friends are either a) non-cosplayers or b) broke and can't afford the costumes.

So, the lameness of it all...

My frirst idea would only be able to get pulled off if I had, like, five other people to do it with. "The Uber-Special Secret Ending of FFVII"... which is my geeky yaoi-infested take on the final battle of FFVII. Cloud proclaims his love for Sephiroth, they both make up, Sephy disowns Jenova ("Mother, I'm thirty-something! You can't control me forever! And I'm moving out!") and they (along with other FF7 cast members) start to sing Finale B from Rent. (XD, this was hatched at 4:30 in the morning at my sister's flat, when I was slightly drunk.)

The second idea is just a two-person thing (which, again, shows my love of Broadway as well) of Axel and Roxas (KHII) doing a routine to "If You Were Gay" from Avenue Q, with some revised lyrics to fit the characters and a different intro and ending, with AkuRoku-ness at the end.

And my third idea (which is my current fallback) is a monologue, around FFVII:AC timing, of Cloud to Aeris in the church, apologising for not telling her that he was gay the whole time (Yet again, more SephCloud references... can you tell I'm a yaoi dork?).


So, any help would be greatly appreciated (I myself have the Cloud and Roxas costumes) so anyone who can do the skit with me (Shikkaricon, October 27th www.shikkaricon.org ) or if you know anyone else who has the costumes, please post pr PM me or something, I just need people or I'm going to explode from lack of skits.

They also have to know how to sing... If you don't know the songs, look up the lyrics, and there's videos on youtube.
