(This will be a non application thread if a lot of people join in. X3)
A mansion sat upon a hill, seemingly abandoned.Its velvet red paint peeled and faded,lush dark black curtains drawn and the elegant wooden carvings and gargoyles stare ahead blankly as if time had stopped while they were guarding their masters home obediently.Nobody inhabited this house nor did many animals go near it.For whatever reason that would be, no one lived in that house..but really shadows aren't considered people right?...
Welcome to Shadows Dwelling.Long ago a handsome and wealthy young man lived here with his four sisters.They were a family of vampires but soon after the beautiful mansion was built they had disappeared.The humans who now destroy the land to build new houses have stumbled upon this house and, after approval from the government, decided to sell it for a rather hefty fortune and use it for the towns good, being the small town that they were.But every time they try to sell it, something scares them off.But they all must be lying.I mean, shadows cant come out of the walls and floors right?

Aie pawed down the hallways silently.Waiting for someone or something to order it to do something for them, it remained tense in case its superiors resorted to violence.Aie was used to abuse, being a shadow put you at the bottom of any social status chart.If you were vampire, lycan, neko, or even human you were above the common shadow.It was also thought that shadows couldn't feel.Well this one could, but it didn't voice its displeasure in fear of being hurt more.So it just wandered slowly down the halls waiting and hopefully avoiding anyone who wanted to order or hurt it.Though wandering aimlessly down the hallways of the once beautiful mansion was not as time consuming as one would hope.Aie almost wished its masters would return...unfortunately that wouldn't be the case, who knows were the vampire lord and his four sisters were.The thought didn't trouble it, it knew that torment would only follow if they returned...

Frezen woke up sitting on the floor in the hallway of some mansion. "Hmm...?" He looked around for a moment, trying to get his bearings. "...Nope, don't remember this place. How'd I get here?" The last thing he remembered was attempting a teleportation spell on a lamp to move it a few feet...oh. Must've misfired it by about, two thousand miles or so. Oh well. Right now he was feeling a little drained...he remained seated for the time being.
He was a werewolf, but right now he was in fully human form, and looked like a fairly typical human man, except for the short beard and long, tangled brown hair on his head. His eyes were blue in this form, yellow when he was in werewolf or partial forms.

Aie froze, a sudden disturbence in the walls of the normally empty mansion, sent shuttering vibes up and down its spine.No one had come through the front door had they?No.Broken in through the window?Nu-uh.Sometimes the mansion would get a random visitor, sometimes looking for a home, sometimes looking to steal.But surely Aie had scared them all off?Perhaps there was a newer one on the loose?Sighing and wishing that life could have more excitement than a rouge thief trying to break in.It shifted in the direction it was heading in, and padded its way down the hall.

Frezen thought he thought he heard something coming near, so he shifted his ears and rotated the right one a bit. Whatever it was was getting closer. He didn't care that much, he knew he was strong enough to fight off most anything that would bother to live in such a castle...

Aie frowned at the cease in movment and let a low growl slip through its lips.Maybe it could just scare off whatever decided to show up....The hallway was getting darker now.Which meant that it was getting deeper than Aie had hoped the person, or ceature would be.Darkness would make it harder to see, even if you were a shadow, you still had your limits.Lowering itsself into a prowling positions and prepared to leap Aie was ready for a battle if one was needed.

He heard a growl and looked around, but didn't really see anything. "What sort of creature might you be, an invisible?" he said straight in front of him, though whatever it was wasn't really that close. "I've seen worse I'd think...not that I can see you at all just yet."

It froze as it was spoken to and bit its lip.Okay so it wasn't a robber....No, if it was they wouldn't have spoken.Aie took in a small breath and backed away a couple steps.Then sat crossing its legs and frowning into the darkenss where the siloetted figure sat."Who are you."It asked in a rather raspy voice.Aie hadn't spoken in...well...a very long time.

"Don't trust me?" he said. "Don't you know, you can always trust a werewolf! Except of course, in the case of a dishonest one that's playing on that very assumption. Then again, I wouldn't be telling you that if I couldn't be trusted in that everything I say is the truth, eh? Anyway, what are you? You still haven't answered that."

Aie sighed and shook its head sadly.This person wouldn't understand what the rules were if he didn't even understand how he had gotten here."I'm sorry, but your going to have to leave.No one is allowed in this house.Not until the master comes back.Don't get your hopes up, he hasn't been back in over twelve years..."It said frowning.Hopefully he wouldn't resort to violence, if anything.But Aie stayed in the shadows just in case.

"Hmm...I dunno, my response to that probably depends on who and maybe what your master is. In any case, if he isn't here and it doesn't seem as if he'll return why enforce his rules? Wouldn't it be better to let this place go to some good? And what are you? I've been asking that since we met. Could you at least tell me your name? No, wait, sorry, you already did that."
