Hey, since I've been an utter slackercake about promoting anyone, I've decided to stop that s**t and actually do it.
Phoenix is a Genius! - Now in charge of invites. Invite the people see floating aroud (ie - from the thread I neglect so effortlessly and people you'd think would make good additions). I will not mind if you fall down on this duty, plenty of people request to join every week, with or without our invitations. Your promotion has always been waiting in the wings, but like I said, I'm a slacker.
I Jest - You are Content Mod of Doom. If you see a thread that doesn't belong up in this hizzle, you delete it (if it's stupid like a HI I R NEW thread) and if it's misplaced, just move it into the subforum it belongs.
Everyone else - Sing praises of your new mods. They will keep this guild running smoothly, efficiantly, and uh... stuff!

Also: flegiwkSraagsiwkS is the weilder of the banhammer. If I hear of anyone being banned without his mun telling me first, I'm personally going to see to it that heads will roll.

Got it? Good. What about if they're inactive, I banned some really old 0 posts account earlier. I was following the rules laid out by remy though.

I Jest: You can accept new invites if you wish. That's a job everyone can do, since we get about 7 new requests A WEEK average. That's one a day!
We scan the invites, looking for proper grammar and spelling as well as if they're ALWAYS in cosplay (as in, it's a mule). biggrin
