SHORT DESCRIPTION: an angle who works in the fileing department of heaven gets high and misplaces two files,then gets cot and tossed out of heaven before he can put them where they belong. The angle with the help of his older brother and the 2 humans who's files were misplaced set out on a quest to get the angle back into heaven so he may fix his mistakes.
