Most other rules have to do with Devil Ranks.
Keep in mind that while your Devil rank can give you certain in guild benefits, it does not give you the right to abuse those of lower ranks, except in RPs. Remember, we're all devils here.
Next, we deal with the matter of promotion. Basically, it works like this, make a minimum number of posts, then send a message to me, or any of the vice-captains. After a review to make sure you've made the necessary posts, your ranking will be changed in the guild logs, and you'll receive whatever benefits that are associated with the new rank. In order to be eligible for a promotion, you have to have made an appropriately significant contribution to the guild. What this basically means is that while bump and spam posts can be counted toward the required posts, especially the higher ones, they can't make up the bulk of them.
You can find the specific requirements for the ranks in a few locations, including here.
