I am delighted to host my first drawing-based enter-and-win-a-prize contest! Of COURSE it is a themed contest! Draw, sew, sculpt, paint etc my comic characters from Sayonara High incorporating the theme below and you could win a free plushie of your choice!!
RULES
The rules are simple. Check out the cast of Sayonara High on my website and art at least one of them incorporating the theme: plushie.
heart All entries must include at least one of the characters from Sayonara High, my comic project that I pretend makes me cooler than I am.
heart All entries should attempt to include the theme "plushie" somehow.
heart The entry may come in the form of whatever media you prefer/choose. I will not however accept writing pieces. I'm not sure how to judge writing pieces on the same plane as visual art. It's not you, it's me.
heart All entries should be in .jpg format if it is a single image... I <3 consistency is all.
heart All entries must be sent to me either by SA/DA note (subject line "contest") or by email (plushieprincess@gmail.com, subject line "contest") by September 20th, 2007.
FABULOUS PRIZES
heart FIRST PLACE winner will receive a FREE custom plushie of their choice. (This plushie's largest dimension cannot exceed 12" .)
heart SECOND PLACE winner will receive a FREE plushie of whichever character they choose to art. (This plush will be between 8-12" tall.)
heart THIRD PLACE winner will receive a FREE drawing of themselves as a character from Sayonara High and will get an insert in the coming pages of my comic.
heart ALL PARTICIPANTS will receive an eleRUNT of their choosing just for participating.
As you can see, I'm really hoping that loads of people participate! I've always wanted to throw my own contest. Only now do I feel remotely less insecure enough to hold one now...
