I'm not going to name names, because anyone who's on the crew can access the log and see who it was, but between 2:45 and 2:50 this afternoon, no less than 11 members were banned, one of which I know I let in because she was A, adorable (and a well-done cosplay IMO) and B, not an idiot, even though she was a fangirl.
In fact, I have re-invited her with the message of: "I'm sorry you were banned from the GCA guild, there was no reason for it. Apparently power goes to some people's heads. Please come back?"
I shouldn't have to remind people that I'm in charge of the banninatings, if you have a problem and think someone needs it, CONTACT ME. This account or my main DryadGurrl, either one will work.

I won't kill anyone for it yet, because I figure they were just testing their limits as to what I would and would not consider their responsibilities. I'm hesitant to let ANYONE be a part of my crew because I know exactly what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, and when/how to do it.
When I ask for crew to help me with these jobs, I want them to stick to what I've assigned them, and do nothing more. It's not that I don't trust anyone else, it's that I'm slightly a**l retentive about a few things.
I only EVER ban anyone if they've really really pissed me/others off. I don't take chances, because I'm paranoid it'll be like... That Whore of Which We do Not Speak all over again.
I assigned folks the tasks I did because I know they'll do those tasks well, based on how I've seen them act in the past. Skwisgaar Backwards over here is good at telling who's a bad egg and who's not. Jack's good at knowing what threads are s**t and what threads belong where. Phoenix has a great eye for who's good GCA material, and can pick out annoying scum in the invite queue like nobody's business. V is my main man (though RARELY EVER on) and has the same level of expectations as I do.
If anyone has any questions, I'm more than happy to oblige with answers.
