I am currently obsessed with this book. I know the third one came out a while ago, but I've just read the first one. It's definitely one of the best vampire novels I've ever read, and I've read quite a few.

I've just read the first one too and well it's fine. It's not the best I've read but its not too bad.

GAH!!! What the fluffcakes is Twilight? I know I've heard about seven people talk about it now. >< I've actually asked around, but no one will ever reply. -,-

Twilight is a good book series, which I recommend reading. I found it in the back corner of an airport bookstore months before anyone else found out about it.
There are many books I like better, but not many romances. Not that I read many. But I like them more as they progress, I think. And there's an excellent portrayal of depression in one of the books, though I won't say which one, or whether it's even more than a line in length.

A late reply, but I seriously LOVE twilight. I guess it's one of those books in which once you read it again, it's kinda hard to reread, cause what basically kept me going was the suspense, and there isn't too much suspense if you already know how everything's gonna turn out. But either way, that book's awesome, and I major advise it. :3

yay, months later, i have finally read up to the third one
i know what you mean about the suspense, but for some reason, i still love reading them again and again.
haha. maybe it's just because of edward. vampires that glitter - theres a cool idea. blaugh

I also heard that they were going to make an Edward-point-of-view for Twilight, and I really look forward to that. There's a preview on the main website, if you haven't checked that out already~

TWILIGHT, ALONG WITH ITS SUBSEQUENT BOOKS, NEW MOON AND ECLIPSE, ARE MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE BOOKS. o_o
These books changed my life.
They're actually making a movie out of Twilight. I should come out in... wait, I forget when. P:

Random thought here did anyone know that Stephenie Meyer was Mormon -gasp- I love Alice too! She's so incredible even if so small, and she makes many scenes quite hilarious. xD

OMG! I LOVE THE TWILIGHT SERIES I'M WAITIGN FOR THE MOVIE AND THE FOURTH BOOK TO COME OUT. the fourth book is supposedly told in jacob's point of veiw

*shudder* I hate the series with a passion that is unreal. The first book was fine, but she should've written one or two more and finished it. She's milking it and it's ridiculous.
I also find the characters flat and bland. Edward is a Gary-Stu, and Bella is whiny.
Excuse me for bursting anyone's bubble. 4laugh
