Possible 3rd Season...?

If you want a third season sign this petition and pray xD

Petition!

If there was a third season, what do you think would it be about?
What possible Fairy Tales could be used for the episodes?
Who would be the new villain?

Also, in a possible trailer for a third episode, we see Mute/Mytho dancing with Ahiru and Fakir taking over and nearly kissing her.

Why is Mute back? What happened to Rue?
& What has possibly happened for this scene to take place?

So many questions... any opinions? :3

I don't know. I felt pretty satisfied with just two seasons.

I mean, the ending is pretty open, but at the same time it's very complete.

I also don't know WHAT the third season would really be about. I guess it'd be something without a major villain, something like... Mytho's heart being more and more corrupted. Ahiru would, of course, gain the ability to transform again.

The relationships between the characters would definitely evolve, but other than that I can't see any differences.

I'd just like to note first off that there is no trailer for a third season; it sounds like you're talking about the promotional video that has been circling YouTube for awhile. This was released well before the series was finished, and is in no way tied to any sort of "new" season; it's simply a commercial of sorts for the series as it is. 3nodding

I think that the series really is fine as it is... sure, the ending was bittersweet, but that just proves an important point about the gap between stories and reality.

That's an important aspect in accenting the gap between Rue/Mytho and Ahiru/Fakir; the first two followed the story as it was originally supposed to be written, and so they got a standard "happy fairy tale" ending. Ahiru and Fakir, however, actively rebelled against their roles in the story overall, and ended up with a more realistic ending grounded in the reality of Kinkan Town.

If there was to be a third season though, I can't see there being a new villain... there might be some other plot twist or mishap, but another villain... I just can't see that. I guess Drosselmeyer was it for me xd .

I'd love a 3rd season, though I haven't seen the 2nd season yet [Just learned it had one yesterday], but I suppose it because every time I get into a good anime that's not Main Stream, it ends so soon. I just want an anime that isn't main stream, and more then 26 episodes. Is that so much to ask for?

It's impossible for there to be a third season because drosselmeyer leaves in the end and he is what gives the story zing. Along with Uzuru crying

It's not the only anime that has a cliffhanger ending. Many are not heard from, I wonder what are the statistics.
