Assuming that the main forum is general discussion...
Spam forum? For randomness, forum games (word association, etcetc). Past announcements, perhaps, to keep the main forum from getting too many announcements?(more for the future). Help for applets, tablets and programs and such. I love the shop idea.
Picture Post seems to be the core of the forum, so I don't know if it should be the main forum or a subforum.
