Hello there Guild Members and visitors alike!
My first move as a member of this guild: Make a discussion forum so we can address certain topics as need dictates. I'd appreciate it if this was made into a stickied thread, or if the mods prefer to make their own sticky/announcement with issues they'd like to discuss.
-Anyways-
on to the first thing I'd like to discuss, the creation of our guild banner. Now I'm a bit of an artist myself, not really a pro or anything, but I think I'm capable of making an attractive banner for our group with the resources I have. This in mind, I would like to discuss what we want our banner to contain, aside from the guild's name, of course.
1: Concerning the nature of the banner.
With a guild name of "Random Battle Roleplay Guild" I'd consider making it a somewhat silly nature, considering 'random' is in our title. Then again, members may not want it silly, but serious. Everyone tell me your thoughts as far as the nature of the banner goes.
2: Will we have a mascot or symbol of some sort, unique to us? What would you like it to be?
3: Animated banner or single image?
4: Suggestions for quotes the banner might have, should we choose it to be animated. (or short quotes if the banner is still)
5: Anything else you want to add that I may have forgotten?
To everyone who responds, please respond to all the numbered ideas, with your thoughts next to the correlating topic/question number.

kradrol these are all good ideas, and I don't want to seem demanding or anything but would you be able to make us a flag or whatever it is that shows up on the guild page. since so far the guild consist of just me and alex, plus one more person I met in a game chat, I'm not sure how much input we will have on the banner. but here is my input, and just becuase I'm captain doesn't mean my word is final. that would defeat the perpose of the guild. anyway enough rambling. 1. We should make that first, then our banner can be based off of it! 2 and 4: concerning the phrase, "whatever you want, you can get" sounds like an okay motto to start out with, but I think we can find a way to spruce that up a bit. Also, a mascot that I think would fit that phrase perfectly would be a dragon of some sort. 3nodding I must admit I am very fond of dragons, so I would gladly draw one for our welcome image/banner.

I think its a good idea. especially with you drawing it. I do remember the artwork of the Kuvraks you showed me in High School.

Aye, I'm glad to do it... and I'll do it to the best of my ability! Do you have any other input as far as that goes? Motto or anything? oh... here's an idea... Guild Colors! Choose the colors of our guild so I can have a color scheme ready! Edit: also, I invited my younger bro to the guild, and he's willing to help out too!

your the one that has been appointed the guild artist. Both rob and I trust your judgement. I feel you do a fine job nomatter what color scheme you decide.
