History: Holy found Nereus when he was still a feather, woven into a bird's nest. Nereus was Holy's first Moombi and she spoiled him, fluffing his pillows and carrying him everywhere. His denmates believe that this is the reason that he is so lazy.

Personality: Lucius can be quite charming, a real smooth-talking gentleman; he can also be a cunning, backstabbing snake. He is rather proud and places a high value in appearances. Despite his the rather frosty persona that he projects, Lucius is capable about caring for others, although it is difficult for him to do and he may express his affection in unusual ways.

History: Lucius was the only son of two Moombi that came from a long line of show Moombi. His parents and his parents’ human found him to be a disappointment because he was too “colorful” and shortly after he grew out of his feather stage his parents bred again, leaving him in the human’s care. He was trained more harshly then the other Moombi the human owned in an attempt to compensate for his appearance. However, it quickly became apparent Lucius had no place in the show world: he was either too colorful or not colorful enough, never placing in the top three as was expected of one of his lineage. Once he reached adulthood and lost the only thing the human thought that he had had going for him – cuteness – he promptly tied Lucius in a sack and tossed him off the side of a bridge into the river below. Holy later found a soaked, bedraggled, half-drowned Moombi washed ashore and instantly took him in.
