There were, of course, those who embraced the chaos of the new world. People who believed disorder to be the natural order of things, and who were more than pleased to see the ancient gods reborn into the world. And when others tried to impose their will on the land, it was the Gaea Cult who fought to end it.
The Gaea Cult was a small organization before the collapse of civilization. Rumors persist even now that they had a hand in orchestrating the war. But that is all past. Now, the Gaea Cult is a powerful force in the world. Following the command of three high priests, the Gaea Cult are regarded by their enemies as terrorists, working to destroy what little security they now have. The Gaea Cult, of course, sees it differently. The development of civilization - to them - is an affront to nature which must be stopped.
Although the Gaea Cult is loosely organized, there is one place of importance: The dwelling place of the priests, known as The Assembly.
