Since I'm bored and this guild really needs to have some life breathed into it, I thought I would ask the general public if they had any memorable or unusual things happen during a NIN concert. Did Aaron flip off the top of stage with a 95 degree twist? Did Trent say some smartass remark to a random dickwad in the crowd? Did fireworks randomly go off (lol)? It could be anything.

My memory would be from Voodoo Fest 2005 in New Orleans. It was right in the middle of the set and I was having a grand time, when Saul Williams came out and starting singing. I'm sorry, but I just couldn't get into it. It's more of a bad memory than anything. It was kind of weird having some hip hop thrown into a NIN show. Anyways, post away people.

At the SLC show in '05, right as the screen was going up during Beside You In Time, Trent went to faux-hit it with the mic stand to give the screen that shattering effect before it went up and he got the stand stuck on it. It fell down after the screen was half-way up, but it was pretty lulz-worthy.

Other than that, nah.

Uhh . . . people are generally too lazy to check the Tool and music subforums apparently, but if we're just talking about bizarre stuff at concernts in general:

At the Tool concert in Baton Rouge during May, the opening act was some band called Kinski. They were progressive, instrumental stuff. And the lead guitarists broke out into a flute solo.

The entire crowd WTF'd in unison.

Yeah, I've heard of Kinski. All my buddies who have seen Tool as of late have told me about their performances. Most of them seemed to be at least some what into them when they came out and jammed during Tool's set.

Besides you In Time tour. Grand Rapids MI. Someone threw a lighter at Trent during Hurt, hit him, he got pissed and left, concert ended.
