Karana'Mzaana huffed and narrowed her silver eyes at what lay before her, open green grasses and some large almost seemingly obnoxious stone form in the distance. A prideland? Did she belong here? Damn memory, damn it! She let loose a growl from her throat as she trudged over the border, seeking water and maybe a hare or two, or some amusement, she could use a good laugh.
Flicking her tail in annoyance she remembered the strange lions she had come across this far;
So stereotypical, a shame really.
"Stupid strange self absorbed lions..." she muttered while heading towards a distant gleaming pool of water, she wondered if anyone would confront her.
Might as well, give her the amusement she craved.

Kaikura had made it more of a goal to avoid others then confront them of late. It was mainly due to the fact that his recent encounters had no ended well. Meaning he had yet to understand exactly how his curse worked. Unknowingly he was digging himself into a hole each time he ran into someone and basically followed his general nature. His disrespect to others usually made him sickly within seconds.
But he refused to become setetary. Once he had recovered he was off again, pushing his body and refusing to let his strength fade. Today was the day of his recovery from meeting that strange girl in the rain. Drawing near a familiar watering hole he decided it was a good time for a bit of a game. With a smirk he searched out something to chase....perhaps a flamingo or some such thing.

Mzaa wasn't paying much attention to the sounds around her, she was too focused on getting to the edge of the watering hole and getting something cool down her throat, she was hot and irritable, why she did not know, and it was bugging her more and more each day she felt like this.
Flicking her tail as she craned her neck down, she lapped at the cool water that seemed to be her saving grace at the moment, it tasted so good, so pure, what could go wrong when such a lovely saving grace was placed before her?

The watering hole was littered with water buffalo and Kura found a chase too hard to resist. The creatures were stupid but endlessly amusing to watch in their paniced state. Got one running and the rest did so as well. They also had a tendency to run over each other and get in each other's way. So, without further thought, he raced at a young cow.
She bolted, obviously, sending a bunch of the herd with her. They trambled along the shore, both in and out of the water. When they ran past Mzaa they ran around her in a paniced loop, upsetting the water. Kura didn't bother to avoid her, running right in front the lioness without bothering to notice her and splashing water everywhere as he continued the chase.

Mzaa closed her silver eyes and just listened to the water for a moment, and then everything, absolutely everything wonderful about that moment and the few moments before were trampled and drowned in water splashing everywhere with several water buffalo panicking, being chased by some brown object that just happened to get her soaked.
Opening her eyes she grit her teeth, eyes narrowing towards the brown figure chasing after the water buffalo, and she tore after them.
Get her wet and leave without an apology? Not with her, no way.

As a couple of the beasts became slow or limped or too easily in range he slowed his pace to an easy lope. While the buffalo were fun for a moment, that enjoyment usually past quickly. They were just too stupid to give him any true entertainment. He yawned to show his outright boredom, moving about with arrogance as he flexed his muscles. The one thing that could be easily said about Kura was that he had great pride in his strength. How long, exactly, would that last with his curse? The answer was still unknown.
Self-centered as he was, he didn't notice Mzaa nor the offense had done to her...or the fact that she was chasing him quite quickly.

Mzaa watched as they, he had slowed down, a male, she should have a guessed, well then, this one wasn't getting away with what he had done, not at all, and he wasn't even hunting the water buffalo, only tormenting them? What a waste. She watched him for a moment, trying to act or seem tough, men and their strength, pfft.
She didn't slow as he had done, only had caught up to him, gone to his side and nudge his shoulder a bit too forcefully one might think, but if he was a tough guy, it shouldn't be a problem, "You..." she said with narrowed eyes, skidding to a halt, coming to stand before him to get in his way purposely, "Blind are you, huh?" she asked watching him, and she extended a paw to poke at him again, "Huh?!"

Kaikura wasn't thrown by the sudden bump, for he was a pretty strong and steady lion. And it probably wouldn't have caught his attention if Mzaa hadn't actually jumped in front of him. He raised his eyebrows, looking bemused. "Do I look blind?" He scoffed, rolling his eyes. He knew females were stupid, but goodness...those without sight did not have the kind of strength he did, "Maybe it's you who needs to check one's eyesight." He lifted one of his large paws to meet hers and smack it away. He had no respect for females, nor did he have any high expectations from them, but he didn't go easy on anyone.

Mzaa had her eyes narrowed at him, tail thrashing behind her as she listened to him speak, did he think she was stupid? "Then if you're not blind you sure are stupid ya big oaf, you almost ran into me!" she said defensively, and gawking at the motion of his paw smacking hers away she gave a slight snarl, "No respect for a female boy?" she said agitated, hoping her words would make him angry.
"Whats your name child?"

Kaikura had clearly come to the assumption that she was either really stupid or had very poor eyesight. And he certainly wasn't afraid to say so. "I think you're the one who's blind or daft, since you're mistaking my age and believing that I owe respect to anyone such as you/i]," he snorted with a roll of his eyes, not seeming to care about her anger or how insulted she was. She was simply a female after all. Though he found he was starting to get a throbbing headache, and it wasn't from the conversation. Damn that goddess.

"Well you are certainly not a man if you act in this way towards others, you act like a juvenile child who does not know how to act," she said simply with a smirk upon her features tail flicking behind her, so he wanted to play this way huh? "You act like your so tough, shall I fawn over how muscular you are hmmm?" she asked circling him once, though she admitted, he was built rather well.
But he was a buffoon as well!
She shoved her body weight against his side as an attempt to knock him over, maybe try to pin him and show him what for.
Males...ugh.

"If you want to waste your breath on sentimental dribble, go tell it to someone who cares," Kaikura replied, not even bothering to listen to what the lioness said. To him it was as pointless and annoying as the sound of a buzzing bee. He found that after he rude comment his head took a more dreadful throb which nearly made him whince. But even with this he held himself fast and, for the most part, rather easily. He was strong after all. That training hadn't been for nothing. It would take a bit more of his curse to get him on the ground.

"You should care pridelander," Mzaa stated with a huff, she heard stories of the Pridelands being one of the best prides with most respectful pride members who were friendly and loyal to friends, family, and pride. Was this male an acception? Perhaps he didn't belong here at all.
Flicking her tail she gave him a small snarl, she wanted to reach out and try to slash at him, but then others might see, might chase her out.
Stupid boy.
"Do you not care how you act towards others? You're a disgrace to this pride by how you act right now."

Kura snorted, "Oh please. My pride is a disgrace as it is. If anything I'm one of the few that could dare to say they give it some worth." His views to his pride were rather...indifferent. He hated the pansy sort of attitude the pridelanders seemed to treasure most. But he couldn't deny the land was fruitful. He could hunt and take care of himself without really having to bother anyway. And that was just how he liked it.

Mzaa grit her teeth just listening to him speak, arrogant stupid male, he didn't realize what he had in his life! "You arrogant fool!" she said with a snap of her jaws stepping forward towards him, her blood nearly boiling to its breaking point, "How can you say such a thing when others out there don't even have a home, a pride in which they reside?!" Her tail thrashed behind her as she spoke, in a manner she was challenging him, seeing what he might do if a female challenged his thoughts, his views, his 'authority.' "You're such a fool, I don't need this," she said with a sneer, resisting the urge to ram into his side.
She started to walk away, huffing all the while..stupid male, so stupid.
