the first diamond a gift(the heart shaped charm). it is hard, like edward, and sparkles, like edward. and the second diamond was bella's wedding ring. both once belonged to edwards mom.

If memory serves me correctly, Bella wasn't wearing any ring when Alice mentioned that Edward had already gotten a dimoned on her.
She was refuring to the heart pendent that he had put on her braclette.
Now THAT'S a dimoned!

I thought she had a vision that Edward have given Bella the ring... and she looked at Bella's hand and there wasn't a ring there...cause Bella took it off.
and she was like "oh he already has one diamond on you" (i know that's not nearly what she said..but it was kinda sorta in that context..)
and bella didn't know what she was talking about.
until later she found out the heart on her charm bracelet was a diamond.
