I haven't run long distance since sophmore year, and i'm now a senior (long story).
We've had about two weeks of practce now, and I've realized something: Mentally I've gone down hill
I seriously don't know what to do with myself about this. I used to be able to run through basically any pain, and now i can barely take it! I can't force myself to run to far once the pain reaches a certain point. 2 years ago, it didn't matter
can anyone relate, or help? sweatdrop

really you just have to work up to it I think. If you had a really humid hot day where you nearly died in practice, then you are usually abel to think "If I ran then in those conditions, then I can certainly run now."
