This is where the Commander, Sub-Commaders, and myself can work out. Please us this to place to work out in between teaching.
The Training dome is for the cadets to train for what the really universe will throw at them, it's their that they will learn to act as a team in a Virtual reality Battle.

Adam walked into the gym, his clothes showed that his preference of color was black and that he didn't want to stand out too terribly much and remain neutral. His body honed to perfection via the discipline taught him via his Kung fu. Adam tossed the green towel onto one of the benches that decorated the side of the track. He removed his morpher, and placed both parts next to his towel.
Adam began a slight jog around the track in order to get his heart rate up. This took about thirty minutes due to the conditioning he had put himself through since he was able to walk. Throw in the fact that he now had his zeo powers back and it made for some interesting stamina. Once Adam finished on the track he moved over to the pull-up bar and began to crack out some pull-ups. His muscles tensed in his arms and back as he pulled himself up repeatedly. Soon his veins were tensed and he was ready to move through some of his forms.
Adam jumped down from the bar, and jogged over to his towel to wipe the sweat from his brow. He looked down to the morpher he had now and just smiled. It was good to be the green ranger again. He never understood giving up his super zeo zord for a freaking car. Adam kind of chuckled, and then began to move through his forms. His body peaked, and fluid with his movements. It was easy to surmise from the outside looking in that he had done this many times. In his mind he ran through the steps like walking through water. While they were slow and fluid every strike seemed to break stone. Adam finished and bowed as if there was someone in front of him. He then took a seat and grabbed a bottle of water from the cooler next to the bench. He took a large drink and said "Man. I hate getting old." He then chuckled and took another drink of water.

"Most people do Adam." Tommy replied walking out of the shadows he had been standing to sit next to his friend. He was dressed in black sweet pants and a green top.
"What it's only been, what 10 years since you last performed those moves." he added looking at several other Commanders and Subs that walked in. He still hadn't had a chance to talk with all of them. He was just surpirsed that they had all come.

"Grr..." Eric growled under his breath as he began to run around the track. If there was something that he did not like about peace time, it was that it really helped form a bit of a gut. After all it was Wes' fault, always ordering pizza or crusing around in the silver guardian suburbans instead of doing some foot patrol.
"Grr.." growled Eric once more as he began taking up speed. Sure the gut was unnoticible even if you tried to look for it, but he knew he was a bit out of shape. Suddenly Taylor popped into his mind. "Wonder what she's up to."

Adam looks to Tommy and says "Actually, Doctor Oliver, when you went to teach school I opened a dojo. So I have been training the entire time I haven't been a ranger. Throw in my spout with the Sentinel Knight where I was returned to active status that doesn't make for too terribly long since I last used my powers." Adam smirked, and then looked to some of the others that were trying to get around. Seemed there was a thread of immaturity in Blake.
Adam looked to Tommy and said "In all honesty though. Why me for the Green Division? I mean you were green ranger couldn't you of handled it?" Adam really did wonder why he was chosen to head a division that Tommy qualified to lead himself. Of course Adam thought about it, and knew that it was likely that Tommy had plans for some of the other colored uniforms he had worn. Green was merely his first. Adam looked to the Quantum ranger, and then pulled his morpher back onto his wrists. He then said "Guess since I have most of the things under control with my body I should be working with my powers. I spent so much time rehashing how to properly use my power axe that I might of gotten more then a little rusty using my twin hatchets. Shouldn't be too far of a stretch for me though. Want to get in a little ranger training? I mean I can always ask Eric if he wants too if your not interested." Adam waited for a response before he decided to morph.

"Will since i'm running the Academy itself, i thought that you we're the next wise chose. I can always demote you if you like." Tommy replied. Knowing that he had put a lot of unwanted stress on a few of the other Commanders already, be he hadn't thought that Adam would be one of them.
"Sounds good to me. Which Morphin would you like me to us?" he asked, and he had all the one he had ever used on him.

"Demote me? Nah I can take it. I just was wandering why you chose me to more or less take lead of the green division I never mentioned I couldn't handle it." Adam smiled and made his way toward the center of the track where they had plenty of room, and no one would be able to get in the way and get hurt.
When Tommy asked which morpher Adam preferred Adam simply smirked and said "Whichever you think you need the most." He chuckled as he knew he and Tommy had practiced together more times then any other ranger present. Adam scratched his chin a little and then said "Of course you have a couple more suits then I do. I mean green, white, red, and black. Well I only have black and green. Two different greens on my part, and two different reds on your part. So take your choice I don't think it will matter too terribly much. I think I am going to go with my Zeo powers though. If it is all the same with you." Adam began to stretch a little, and waited for Tommy to decide which powers he wanted to use before they began.

"Well since you put it that way, the reason why i pick you to lead Green Division, was because i thought you were more qualified for the role." Tommy replied. He soon followed Adam to the center of the track.
"Why not have green on green. Haven't use it in a while." Tommy added taking out his first morpher from a pocket.

Adam nodded, and listened as Tommy decided to use one of his older morphers. Adam smirked and said "Green on green is fine. Of course I am not too sure about the tactical advantage a dagger will have over dual wielded axes. Of course your the leader so there is not telling what surprises you hold." Adam smiled lightly and twisted both his hands as his morphers expelled green energy in the shape of a rectangle over each of his hands. Adam then brought both fists into the air and swung them around to just in front of his chest where he said "Zeo Ranger four, Green!" He then patterned his hands into an 'X' cross and sent them down as his uniform enveloped his feet and gridded encompassed until it covered his head with his helmet.
Adam took a defensive stance to start off with and held his fists up with his legs about shoulder width apart. He tilted his head side to side to let the tendons pop and loosen up. Behind his visor Adam was truly excited about this little sparring session it had been forever since he and Tommy had decided to spar. Adam prepared for Tommy to morph before he engaged.

Tommy smiled a bit before placing his morpher in front of him. "It's Morphin Time! DragonZord!" his uniform so appeared on him, he looked himself over for a moment
He then looked back up at Adam he smiled behind his helmet. He like Adam took a defensive stance, one fist in front of him while the other still facing Adam but off to Tommy's side.
"I'll let you make the first move."

As he saw the two green rangers morphed he said to Blake with a smile: "You gonna let them have all the fun? fifty laps! Quantum Power!"
