The breeze of a quiet late summer. The trees still look the same. Almost nothing has changed at all. The dirt on the soild ground, cracked and dry as always. Few animals out, very little clouds in the sky, as usual. But something far away, bouncing to not touch the cracks on the ground. Making sure all four paws was on a different slate of dirt.
Anando, with his blueish teal eyes was closely on the ground, making sure every step was a close one, even though he haven't ate in days. He still had much enegry to do something, something to make him have fun. As the grasslands are boring, days goes by and don't even know it. "One... Two.. Three.. Umm.. Four maybe?" He counted to himself seeing little rocks fly in the air.
He yawned and blinked slowly. "This is all so tiring.. Maybe a good nap in a tree will be nice.." He said, hoping to a nearby tree. Starting to climb, he looked around to see if its safe. He yawned again and rested one a tree branch.

 Kimya walked through a dirt trail, kicking up clouds of dust into the air. She absorbed the warm breezes which ran through the lands and stretched. She had just taken a nap, and there was really nothing to do. At first, she thought she needed some excercise, so she started on a stroll through the area. Eventually, excercising got boring, so now she was wandering around aimlessly. It was a dull afternoon, and no ideas of fun came to mind.
Soon, her pointless wandering became exhausting. She moved under a shady tree, and lied down on the warm dirt. The pup rolled onto her back, and gazed up at a small pile of brown leaves clumped onto the branches of the small tree. She admired the lovely shades of brown and white...
Wait... white?
Kimya twisted her head to the side, glancing at the other trees. None of them had white leaves, if leaves at all. Then, she stared back up above her, and noticed something brilliant blue sparkle at her, like a jewel. It was certainly no jewel, as it seemed to blink. Yes, blink.
After realizing what was actually resting on the tree, the pup jumped to her four feet, and backed away.

Anando wagged his tail side to side as he looked behind the horizon.. Not knowing someone was looking at him. He yawned and blinked again, thinking that napping is very boring at this moment. He wanted to find someone to play with or something. He shrugged and raised up from the branch. Doing a last stretch before jumping down to the ground.
Yawning again he looked in front of him. Seeing a blued eyed Pup. He blinked and looked up from where he was sleeping. Then back at the young pup. He didn't know what to say. This was his first time meeting someone else other than his other 12 brothers and sisters. He slowly padded close to her and circled her.
"Hello strange..." He said, padding around her until he came upon her face again. He poked her to see if she was real. His mind does like to play tricks on him time to time. As he poked her soft fur, he jumped and backed away. "I see you are real.." He said as he bowed to her.

She watched the other pup timidly as he circled her. She heard from stories about the evil predators which lurked around the area, who hungered for little ones, such as her. Could this stranger be one of them? Why was he circling around her? She wanted to take off, and get as far away as possible, but that pup was probably faster then her. Out of all the trees she had to choose, it just had to be the one with someone sleeping in it.
"O-o-of course I'm real." she stammered, her heart racing. Did he think that she was just an illusion because he hadn't eaten in days? What if he was starving? Then he'd probably scarf her down in moments!
"Spare me!" she cried, jumping back. It was like her to get easily frightened, after all the nightmares she recieved the past few nights because of the stories she heard from her peers.

He laughed at the other red and black pup and wondered why he would even think of eating his own kind. Maybe it was the fact of circling around her. Or maybe that he poked her? Even both if he actually thinks about it.. He smiled at her and bowed like a gentleman suppose to.
"Sorry if I scared you.. I didn't mean anything by it." He said in a calm tone. It felt like the gentle breeze started to feel a bit heavier on him and Kimya. He looked around and saw only few dark clouds coming from behind Kimya, but nothing more. He looked down at his paws and tried to think of something else to say to her. ' I forgot to tell my name.' He thought to himself.
"Oh yes! My name is Anando.. I am the second pup of a litter of twelve brothers and sisters.." He paused and coughed. "And who might you be?" He asked her with another one of his gentle smiles.

Kimya blushed. This was why she failed at conversations. She lowered her head, ashamed of her thoughtless comment. Then, she looked back up, into Anando's brilliant eyes.
"It s'okay." she forced out softly. She was surprised after the other pup's bow. She didn't know manners. Was she supposed to bow back? Or did only boys do that? Eventually, she ended up bowing her head slightly. It was a small enough bow that he probably wouldn't be able to notice it.
"Anando." she acknowledged as she nodded. "Call me Kimya, or whatever you prefer. To be honest, I don't know who my parents are, or how many siblings I had, if any." the pup explained. "I have someone who takes care of me. She tells me my mother and father left off on a journey together, alone, leaving my siblings scattered around the area." she sighed, just like all the other times she did when she told people about her blood. "But I'm not sure if it's true! I bet it isn't!" she followed up quickly.

Anando gave Kimya a small grin of happiness as he kept thinking to himself 'This is my first time meeting someone other than my 13 brothers and sisters~' The thoughts continued.
With his grin getting a bit bigger, not trying to scare her off.. Since this could be his first friend and plops on the hot soil. Making his bottom hot and dry like. He grind his teeth, but not able for the other pup to see him. He tried to have another conversation starter but then heard her speak again in a soft tone.
The excited tone startled Anando and fell over. "Maybe... One day you could search around the land for your parents, Kimya.." He paused th e lift himself back up. "But its not fun at all having 12 other brothers and sisters and the fact that you are the second olders.. ( The oldest of all of us is our sister.. )" The last part he whispered, since he did kind of wished he was the oldest of all of them. "But this is my first time meeting someone.. Other than any family members.." He said with a huge grin.

"Yes, maybe." she whispered calmly. Although the thought seemed like such a good idea, she knew she would never be able to find her parents in a big area like this one. The pup smiled, then spoke, "Well, twelve is a handful. But isn't there a bright side to having many siblings?" she knew that it'd be much better to have more company than one nanny who could barely see anything.
She listened to the last sentence Anando added. To add even more pressure, this wasn't just an ordinary conversation. This was the first conversation the poor lad had with a stranger. "Oh?" she tried to act surprised, but in the unsually dry weather, it was difficult to express emotions. "That's a pity, Anando. We should stick together, y'know? I don't live far from here."
She very well-knew that nanny wouldn't let her go around with some random pup she just met. But she could possibly arrange some secret meetings while she carries out chores. That'd be interesting.
