Yes, this is the bar's blacklist, and everyone on it will be listed in THIS post.

tsubi01 - 253 posts - Joined: 08 Jun 2005 - last login: 14 july 2005 - Location: WhiteJoker - this person is a scammer, a spammer, and all around nuisance. "He" sent me a PM about joining his guild (which wasn't even a guild's join request form) and the guild he was claiming to be a part of didn't seem to have anything in common with his message, aside from the name. The message he sent me was asking for an entry fee/donation of "2k or an item worth more than 2k", where-as the actual guild lists NO entry fee. If you see this person anywhere DO NOT talk to / encourage him. (gender is an assumption based on the account he pm'd me with. All three user names are suspected of being the same person, however I have found reason to distrust all three regardless) ((<

Please give as much detail as possible when blacklisting/lodging a complaint, it makes life much easier.

3nodding For future reference, please lodge any suggested blacklistings, or other complaints with a guild moderator/crew member (all of whom are listed at the bottom of the home page) There is also a nice little form to help you, which can be found in my office.
