Has anyone here ever used Shapley's MTG? It's amazing. It actually makes a horse's mane and tail grow faster, and longer. I used it on Joy, and her tail grew like 3 inches longer. Unfortunately, being the dumby I am, I stopped using it for awhile and her tail broke off a bit, got shorter again. But, I'm going to start using it again, and hope for the best. xp

Has anyone here used MTG? Have any good or bad experiences with it?

Oo! Oo! I used it on Penny after we got rid of her lice. She had HUGE bald patches on her bum, sides, and neck. It works great for regrowing the hair. I used it on her tails dock too, because she rubbed it near raw when she did have lice.

Just keep using it. It helps majorly. Put it on a week before a show, and BAM! Bald spots be gone!

It's kinda like an oil, that you can rub into the dock of the tail, or any spots on the horse's body that needs hair to grow back. It's supposed to be good for the skin, too.

It might. 3nodding

Do you have any Tractor Supply places near you? They sell like, sample-sizes of MTG there. You could get a little bottle of it for next to nothing, and see if you notice any hair growth. smile

It DOES work on scars.
It'll work and regrow any hair that is gone from the area, and make it nice and soft. x3 (I normally use it on Penny's halter and flymask rub area's now. )

MTG Is Amazing!!!!!! heart *Mom uses it on her own hair and it grow 3 inches in a month xD* And it also helps nails. :3 xD

As for bad, Yes. I'm highly allergic to it and foud even after wearing rubber gloves *dish gloves, and even gloves for hair dressers* my fingers will still swell up like crazy and I won;t be able to move them so I have to keep tension/pressure at the end of the swelling to keep it from traveling *had a few bad experiences* then take somthing to make it go away. And this is not even comming in direct contact o.O Although what it did do when I came into direct contact *Not realizing grooming a mare who had it* And of course my fingers/hands swelled up, but me being to stubbern decided I wanted to ride anyways, so after 10 minutes I lost all feeling in both my hands, couldn't move them *It was winter so I wraped the reins in my gloves.... xD* and namley just rode with my leg. But then of course half way through the lesson I could start to feel some pain in me fingers where the reins went through, to find out after the lesson, it ripped my fingers apart. xP Their fine now, but I had to start staying away from the stuff. *Can even ask Sai* xD D:

I used that on a horse that had a fly allergy and rubbed like all her fur off. Poor girl. But that stuff helped her grow it back......with a lot of stuff to help with the allergy. to sum up IT'S AMAZING!
