This Item has no effect on player's whatsoever but looks pretty damn cool in the game.

Throw The ball to release Smoke all over the Area.

There is colored smoke as well and it will eventually cover most of the stage.

It could be. Someone could figure out a way to usefully use it to mess up the opponent. It's a stretch, but a very good player may be able to do so.

I argee, many people think this item is udeless, but it's not.
