This thread is for character profiles... where you state your abilities and such. Basically, this is so that people will not argue what can and cannot be done.
Please note, this does *NOT* override the creator of the thread. They also have complete control over who they let into their personal threads.
I will only step in if someone becomes a problem by godmodding, constantly speaking in OOC against the wishes of the thread creator, abuse, going against Gaia policy, etc.
Please note:
God-like powers, when used responsibily, are not "god-modding". There are plenty of people in the literary world who are "godlike"; wizards, warlocks, avatars, angels, etc. Just remember, no one will like you if you insist on being the center of attention by solving all the problems with a wave of your hand. I find that the more powerful you are, the more limitations you should place on yourself. For example, you can say you have a near unlimitted power... but to use such power would violate your oath to never interefere in the lives of mortals, and will bring down the wrath of your kin upon you. So, it is used only sparringly.
Also, "uber"powerful people really only make good villians, but then they have to have a weakness. "Uber"powerful heroes make for boring heroes.
I will post a static set of rules as well, so that everyone plays nice, but these are just notes to give you ideas for your characters.
The best thing to remember is HAVE FUN, but not at the expense of others. *smiles*

Race: Half-Breed (Light and Darkness)
Age: 21 (Human Years and Physical Appearance)
Source of abilities: Racial make-up (unique union creates additional powers)
Physical Attributes:
Strength: Ritanya is as strong as a normal person who engages in moderate exercise. She has been known to channel her energy into physical strength, which in theory would have no upward limit. This is something she has never tested.
Dexterity/Agility: Ritanya is as agile as a normal person who engages in light gymnastic exercise.
Endurance: Ritanya requires sleep on an average of once every ten days. Exerting herself can push this, but she can usually last much longer in a fight still than even the most athletic human.
Mental Attributes:
Intelligence: Ritanya is of average intelligence.
Wisdom: Ritanya grew up on the streets without knowing of her true lineage. In some situations, this has granted her wisdom beyond her years... in others, she is absolutely clueless.
Willpower: Ritanya's willpower is strong due to her past, but there are flaws within it if one knows where to look.
Other Abilities:
Darkness Control - From her mother's side, Ritanya can control the complete darkness from the realm of darkness. Uses of this ability so far have been limited to a blast of darkness at a foe, and tendrils that attempt to entrap her prey.
Light Control - From her father's side, Ritanya can control the complete light of the realm of light. Uses of this ability so far include tendrils, energy blasts, bursts of light, and a protective field.
Duality (Light/Darkness) - Ritanya has used two powers from this combination. She has generated a field that protects her and those around her in a grey sphere. The field is incredibly strong, but requires a great deal of concentration. She has also fired an energy blast that combined both elements. While weaker than either individually, it has the bonus of not having to learn which has greater effect upon her opponent.
Duality (Reality) - Ritanya is unique in that she should not exist. Her very birth is against all the laws of nature, which has given her the power to manipulate reality to an extent unmeasurable. It is surmised that this power is godlike, but Ritanya rarely uses it beyond simple transformations, for fear of what nearly happened in the past.
Personality: Ritanya grew up on the streets, first as a thief, then as a prostitute, before finding her friends. This means that she has seen her fair share of misery, but is not a miserable person. On the contrary, she rejoices everyday in the fact that she is surrounded by friends. On a side note, Ritanya is pansexual.

Age:90 years (apparent age early 20s)
Physical Abilities: She has extraordinary Dexterity, is fairly strong but doesn't look it and has decreased stamina due to her extraordinary dexterity
Mental: She has very high wits and isn't so much book smart as she is smart on her feet, as in she doesn't know a lot but can find answers amazingly and can think on her feet
Social: she isn't a very social person unless she is turning on the vampire charm
Willpower: She has a pretty decent willpower but only exercises it when using her vampiric powers
Vampiric Powers:
Shadow control- she can grow arms that are as long as she is tall, made of shadow and can use them to pick things up and or bind them in place, she can also make existing shadows move
Psychic link- She can expending a great deal of willpower talk mind to mind with someone, as well as see auras and astral project.
Invisibleity- She can go invisible and make small objects disapear, but it isn't that they are actually invisible they are just not noticed unless someone is using "Psychic link" type powers
Moves Quickly- can move at a faster than human ability
Minor Vampiric powers-
Saliva- of a vampire causes cuts to heal at a faster than normal rate (only on small cuts and small puncture wounds)
The hunt- Seduces a human for prey
Personality- she is a tomboy and hacker and a lesbian. When she was mortal she ran away and joined the military under the guise that she was her brother. She as a mortal grew up on a farm and was constantly told to be a lady and hated it. She is kind of nerdy and shy except when pushed she has moments of being outgoing

Physical Abilities: She also has the ability to withstand most of the water attacks thrown at her. She can control fire and wind, when not in her vampire state.
Mental: She has an extraordinary mind. She can tell when something aint right in a place even if she has never been there before.
Social: she is a very social person until she turns into a vampire.
Willpower: She has alot of willpower unless she is angry then you shouldnt be around, espeiciallly if she is in her vampire state.
Vampiric Powers:
Shadow control- She can make existing shadows move and create shadows.
Psychic link- She can talk mind to mind with someone when they are unconsius, as well as see auras, astral project, and move things.
Moves Quickly- can move at a faster than human ability
powers without names- she can make her hair grow very fast, she uses it to bind her attackers but it is very durible, and stronger than normal hair.

tears- With it she can mend only wounds caused by fire attacks, wind attacks, and any dark creatures.
The hunt- Seduces a human for prey and takes them to her place for the kill, but in her human form if she seduces them she turns them.

Source of abilities: elven druid mother gives him light healing powers and his human necromancer gives him the ability to control corpses and shadow magick
Physical Attributes:
Appearance: he appears 25 with a thick red beard and long brunette hair and muscular body. he has a right eye that is blood red and a green left eye. he has a birth mark of a butterfly on his neck. he has a kind face but eyes that look full of sadness and hate.
Strength:he has the strength of a grizzly bear due to his constant need to exercise
Dexterity/Agility:he is stealthy and swift like a wild cat
Endurance: he has built a good sense of endurance from training from his father
Mental Attributes:
Intelligence: his mother always would tell him "strong body's need strong minds" and so he reads very avidly but has trouble with quick thinking
Wisdom: he has grown very wise with reading as much as he does
Willpower: he has a strong willpower but is very trusting
Other Abilities:he is amazing at corpse puppetry and stealth and is ok at healing and alchemy
Personality: he is trusting, sensitive, a deep thinker, looks for the good in everyone, explodes every so often due to the incident when he was 11, and is very open minded. he knows how to have a good time but he doesn't drink or smoke and he tends to be flirtatious
Background: his father is a human necromancer and his mother a Elvin druid, he has been home schooled by both his mother and father until the age of 11. his mother was very lenient with him and his father was rather hard. at the age of 11 his home was attacked by crusaders and they paralyzed his father and with him hiding they slowly raped and killed his mother. this caused him to explode with rage and he killed 6 out of 10 via dismemberment with his own bare hands he then sent 4 of them running from his primal screams and puppets of shadow the 4 escaped due to his father forcing him to stop. his father told him to use the rage in his spells and his father grew kinder as a teacher. his only friend is a forest nymph (Yazu) his mother gave him.
Yazu: is a female forest nymph that has been with Tim since he was 4 she is 120 but looks 14 and appears week she is only good at earth spells and loves to play with Tim. she has ear length lime hair and blue eyes. she is kind playful and gets envoys when girls talk to Tim. she is 5'3" and very slider.

Race: Human Reincarnate
Backstory: Orpheus knows little of his past. The gods (greek gods seeing as Orpheus is from greek mythology), brought him back with his mystic lyre for a purpose and Orpheus is on a journey to discover what that purpose is. He has unresolved issues with Hades (if you know the real Orpheus story you'll know why).
Personallity: Mysterious, but unusually cheery, shows little romantic interest due to a connection with a mysterious girl in his dreams.
Weapons: Orpheus has magical abillities that he channels through his Lyre. He also can do weak magic without it but it's unusually strong when he uses his Lyre.
Spells: Fire, Wind, Nature, Sound, Darkness, and Light.
Abillities: Besides magic, he can play very well on stringed instruments. He has literate skills knowing many plays poems and such and strives on his creativity more than fighting skills. He has a strong sense of justice (if that's an abillity). He can survive in the underworld for unknown reason. If he dies it's said that something horrible will happen to the world.

Personality:She is very shy by nature and hates to be judged. She is also slightly bipolar and can be motherly one moment and then next can be pyschotic
Weapons: She has a staff that has a double headed scythe. There are bells attached to it and she can channel her magick and control elements through it
Abilities: Control Elements(Water, Earth, Wind, Spirit), has a strong sixth sense, and can transform into animals
Background: Seishin is the daughter of an fallen angel/earth faerie mother and a cat demon father. Both of her parents died at an early age in her life and thus she grew up alone. She has a pet panther kitten named Nyx that follows her around. She makes her in an enchanted forest

Abilities: Controls heat, she can burn you by touching you, but you wont die, for you just feel the pain where she touches you, you dont actually see the burn.
Personality:quiet not really shy, only around people she doesnt know well. Contradicts herself a lot.
Background: An elf raised by witches, even though she cannot actually use magic, she knows the steps and ingredients to do spells. Never met her parents, but has the feeling that they are alive. Abandoned the witches at 12 and now is a wonderer without destiny who travels wherever her feet takes her to.
