I know there's a second form of him to access a certain move. The form is called Fallen Angel. Anyone know how to get the Fallen Angel mode?

well you seem like an experienced member so try opening him with fighter factory and toggle around with the pictures till you find the fallen angel one and from there on just check how the animation works and wat triggers it biggrin
