Excerp from Kanna's prompt reply:

"Everything seemed so perfect when little Noah arrived. Smiles, hugs, and laughter filled the room. But ever sense the storm season began, the room has been silent. Noah just sits on the windowsill and watches the rain fall. It worries me to see such a sweet child do that…I don’t know if this change is for the better, but I do know I miss the old Noah. Perhaps he’s a bit like me…Wound up, but suddenly silent and withdrawn. Oh, how I remember those days… "

History: Noah arrived in Kanna's care when she found a small feather on her windowsill. She kept the feather and attatched a small teardrop charm to it, finding it to be lovely. Days later, she awoke to find Noah sitting on her windowsill. He was happy back then, but has become more distant...Later, he attempted to destroy Kanna's doll collection, but was stopped easilly. Now he's just confused over why the girls drool over him.

But now, he's found the love of his life, and is happily engaged to her. With Aleya, everything's perfect.

Prompts

PROMPT ONE
Noah sighed as he sat on his windowsill in the kitchen once more. I watched him as I prepared another one of his favorite rainy-day treats, grilled cheese and tomato soup. He always enjoyed the lunch combo on these quiet days, and it always made him smile. Smiles were a rare treat from him, and I always enjoyed seeing them. Today, however, was different. Instead of watching the rain, he watched me cook, almost looking as if he wanted to help. However, I broke the silence.
“Something wrong, Noah?” I asked, glancing at the angelic boy as I stirred the red soup. He shook his head, hair fallowing the direction of the swings.
“No…Nothing’s wrong.” He quietly replied. “But…I suppose my job is boring, right?” I stopped, slightly shocked by the last comment he had said.
“Job?” I questioned, tilting my head. How could a tiny boy have a job? He was only a child, and quite tiny. Even I did not have much of a job, and I was much larger than him!
“Yeah…I’m a guardian…But. Nothing’s been given to me to guard over.” There was a tinge of sadness in his voice that managed to hit my heart. I turned off the stove and walked over to Noah, kneeling down so I was at eye level with him.
“Would you like something to guard over then?” I smiled, watching his expression change from a sad frown to a happy smile. My heart leapt with joy as I saw that.
“Oh! Yes please!” He chirped. It had been so long since he had replied that perkily to me. I laughed to myself, patting his head. He beamed up at me, my heart almost melting with such joy.
“Then you can guard over rainy days. You really like them, ne?” I smiled, hoping to receive another smile. Surely enough, I did. Noah’s face had lit up, and I found myself being hugged tightly by the angelic boy. I blinked and looked down at his cheerful smile.
“Thank you, Miss Kanna!” He chirped again, his voice like a song. I smiled, hugging him back.
“It’s no problem, Noah.” I smiled again, so happy to see his happiness. I picked him up and carried him over to the table, setting him down in his favorite chair. “I’ll have lunch ready in a few minutes, ok?” I smiled and got back to work.

PROMPT TIME~!-
CRASH! The clamor caused my pencil to dash across the new drawing. Whatever it was, it had to have SURELY come from the kitchen or dining room. If he had gone into my gallery again, there would be one little angel that would WISH to be dead. I stood up from my chair, which was breaking from such usage, and rushed off to my gallery. Dead angels indeed! The display case for my precious dolls had been completely tipped over, shattered glass sprawled over the floor. Luckily, the dolls had been MADE to withstand a bit of trauma. Beside the decimation stood Noah, glaring directly at me once more. I swear that glare could kill anyone who wasn't used to it by now.
"NOAH!" I growled. How could he do it AGAIN?!? This was the THIRD new display case this month! Money didn't grow on trees these days.
"What are you going to do about it?" He snided. Oh, how he had changed! The sweet little boy was now a rude and crabby teenager. I gave no warnings to him, and dragged him off to his room. As soon as I plopped him on his bed, with some struggle, of course, I promptly stole his favorite gaming system and the controls to his TV.
“Once you can PROVE to me you’re worthy of sweets, TV, and games again, AND that you won’t tip my dolls over, you can get them back.” I sternly growled. Noah pretended that it was no big deal and snorted. Then, I decided to paint all of his windows black. THAT managed to make him regret everything, especially because of the immense rainfalls that were in season. Within a week, he apologized. He managed to win back his TV, but it remained untouched. He seemed to be drained of all of his energy every day, but still did his chores, and won back the games and sweets. It wasn’t until he dusted the dolls off that I took the paint off of his windows. Since then, my precious dolls haven’t been tipped over or subjected to cruel treatment. I guess the rain really is precious to him.

Entry Three-

Ah how our household has expanded! Out of the three new angels, Noah has been watching over one intently. Delilah, no less! It's almost strange how he casually brings her a piece of candy, or a pretty flower from the garden. I think someone has a little crush. heart

Entry Four-

A crush no longer. As the days turn by, he's treating her as a little sister. Hmm...I'll trust him and Armond to go about and socialize. Young men need to, anyway. That is, if Armond would stop fallowing me around like a puppy... >>;;;
