It's a good movie,I got to seee it on my birthday...which weirdly enough is December 8th,same day as Jim's.

Whammy! lol but its a great movie just makes Jim seem like he is very suicidal druggy... yeah it did.I was half-asleep that day(too much partying and i took a few drinks of something that was in the firge and was drunk when i watched it) so i watched it again and noticed that

we actually have a topic on this already, but, I'm glad you guys cared enough to make another.. haha heart
that movie is pretty good in some ways, and pretty horrible in others.
Mainly, Andy Warhol looked like a flaming, homosexual, gremlin, creature of completely scary proportions, which made me not want to watch that movie again.
But, we watched some of it while we were stoned, and I saw up to my favorite part, when Pams dancing in the desert, and we all started cracking up imagining she explodes in a nice ol POOF.

I was kindof insulted by it. They really potrayed Jim in an awful light, and sure he wasnt the nicest guy, but he was an incredible talent.
It wasnt that bad though

all the regulars on the guild know how i feel about this movie, so i'll keep it quick. the movie was all wrong, thought val did a great job. there ya go.

I personally dont think val did a good job but then again i don't regard him as a good actor there are similarities that stay throughout his roles that are just gah lol anyway back to the doors. I think this movie could've been done ALOT better i think they portrayed morrison to be a drunken fool and didn't really delve into what the guy was about it was just mainly drugs drugs and more drugs. Also i think the movie should've focused on the band more as a whole sure Jim be the focus but it might as well have been called Morrison or something lol. could be done ALOT better in my opinion (and better casting for lead role)

I finally got to watch it today.
It was pretty good. Though, no one in the universe can be Morrison...
NO ONE!
I liked the part where Pamela told Jim, "You really put your d**k in this woman?" And Jim was like, "Sometimes." xd
