I've got an idea. ^^ Let's say different lion prides can have four different statuses between lion prides: Neutral, Allied, Rivaled and Enemies. I'll use pride 1, 2 and 3 as examples.

The relationship between PRIDE 1 and PRIDE 2 can be NEUTRAL, meaning that they are indifferent to one another.

1) When a pride is neutral to another pride, that pride also has to be neutral.

If the relationship between PRIDE 1 and PRIDE 3 was RIVALED, then they like to compete with each other, but they do not wage war against each other. PRIDE 1 is RIVALED with PRIDE 3, but PRIDE 2 can decide for itself the attitude it takes with pride 3 no matter what it's relationship with PRIDE 1 is.

1) When a pride is rivaled with another pride, the other pride has to be rivaled with the first. 2) When a pride is rivaled with another pride, a third party, no matter what it's own status is, does not need to rival either pride accordingly.

If the relationship between PRIDE 1 and PRIDE 3 was ENEMIES, then they are at war with each other, but not everyone necessarily has to attack each other- but they overally hate each other, and the cubs need to be defended against potential attacks from the other clan. If PRIDE 1 and PRIDE 2, in this case, are ALLIED, then PRIDE 2 also has to be ENEMIES with PRIDE 3.

1) When a pride is enemies with another pride, that other pride DOES NOT have to be enemies with this pride, in the case that the pride is "evil" and launches attacks on neutral prides.
2) When a pride's allied pride is enemies with a pride, that pride also has to be enemies with the enemy pride in question.

If the relationship between PRIDE 1 and PRIDE 2 is allies, they are friendly to each other and support each other in clan wars and such.

To make this work out, I will have an index of the pride names right here, and their relantionships with other prides.
I have a question though: can a female be the founder of a pride? ._.

Now for... BATTLES!!!! I think the idea of an arena where lions battle would be cool. (No, you DO NOT starve them first. They battle out of their own will. Except if you're evil and force them into it... =__= wink

The arena is kindof like a coliseum, surrounded by forests and mountains and underground caves and such.

So it would be a well-organised arena that holds tournaments.

Tournament type 1: BABY/CUB HUNTING COMPETITION
This is a race... where you can sign up 1 cub maximum each for the hunting competition. The cubs have to pair up in teams of 2 and race against time (a set number of RL days) to find and bring back the most impressive amounts OR types of prey possible to the coliseum.
Each team has an assigned room where they return to deposit their prey, and every time, get cleaned and have some sleep if they want to. They then depart once again to go fetch more stuff, but if they're confident, they can give up.
THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO HUNTING SOLO! It's a security rule. xp (They're babies and cubs only, remember?)
Every prey they bring back gives them points. The rarer/more impressive prey, the more points they get for each one. 3nodding
RP skill and creativity, not only hunting, will count- a number of points will be awarded to each cub's owner judging on how good they RP.
Finally, at the end, a HUGE feast will be prepared with what was brought back, and the winning team of cub's owners will get a custom item's lineart OR a familiar's lineart for each cub's colorist to color and put onto the cub's cert. X3

Dominant females XD That immediately made me think of my mom. Well, anyways, thank a lot for the feedback! I'm going to need Ushi to see this too, and if she approves, I'll make a pride-making form... She should have a pride registration thread. And I'll try to find a way to explain my system's idea better... XD

Thanki for your niceness! ^^ I think that to make this work out though, we'd have to have it become an official part of Pride Lands, with a listing of the prides and their relationships in the shop and everything so that lions can be in prides when they're born and everything... neutral
