Claudia had taken a gondola and was now crossing the river. She remained silent as the gondolier hummed a song. She was struggling not to cry, and as the gondola moved through the river she decided to close her eyes. Not until she reached the Island.
Minutes, that seemed an eternity. She was now standing in the edge of the dock, waiting for the gondolier to disappear from her line of sight. Didn't take long, it was dark. She wiped a tear that rolled down her cheek and turned to the cemetery.

"Looks good enough..." Claudia said to herself, trying to lighten the mood. It was useless, so she just lowered her head and started to climb the wall, slowly. She reached the top and carefully jumped on the other side. She landed perfectly and stood crouched for a while, she stood up and wandered around, getting familiar with the environment and looking for a good place to stay.

Claudia wandered for hours, she almost got lost in the cemetery, but she found the perfect place. A mausoleum in the far end of the cemetery and hidden enough. She opened the door and walked in. Spiderwebs and dust everywhere. She dusted some of them with her hand and opened the lid of a coffin, she then climbed in and pushed the remains in there to the side.
"Sorry but right now I need this more than you do." she said, laying on the coffin and closing the lid.

Gabriel stood at the front of a gondola, the same gondola that had taken Claudia across. The gondola stopped and the gondolier gave a bow, Gabriel nodding towards him before hopping out onto the island. He slowly walked through the cemetery, looking for Claudia.

Claudia opened the lid and sat up, it was too uncomfortable. She jumped down and adjusted the lid again and walked out the mausoleum.

Gabriel climbed ontop of one of the large headstones, standing up on it as he looked around.

Claudia walked to the next mausoleum and as she opened the door it creaked loudly, she stopped and looked around.

Gabriel spun around once he heard the door creak, launching himself into the air. He came down almost silently a few feet in front of Claudia. "There was no need."

Claudia let go of the door and ran in his direction. She stopped in front of Gabriel and wrapped her arms around him.
"You shouldn't be here..."

Gabriel gave a shrug of his shoulders. "And neither should you. Right now my brother is the least of our worries." He said, implying that there was other trouble brewing.

"What is wrong?" Claudia asked, lifting her head up to look at Gabriel.

Gabriel tapped her on her forehead. "Think. They're more the type that we should worry about, they've been seen coming back into the city."
