i've noticed a drop in guild activity as of lately. i understand that a lot of people are back in school but i would assume there would be more activity than this. another topic of discussion....the subforums. while they ARE nice to have it looks as though people don't check up on them very much. well besides the RP subs anyways. what to do about it? i know we've tried reminding people that we have them and to check them, but it doesn't seem to be working. perhaps people need something that requires a little less thought. instead of using so many subforums perhaps more cleaning up of topics in the main forum to utilize more space. i have also noticed the large amount o f guild members who lack posts. we've got A LOT of members but only a handful are posting. maybe we should cancel all their memberships and start fresh? quality over quantity? so does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on these issues? or any other issues they'd like to discuss?

just to give you all an idea of how many "non-posters" we have, i have taken a small census. currently we have a total of 1,020 members in the guild. i looked at 510 members. that's half the guild. now how many of the 510 do you think are "non-posters"? the answer is 307. that's more than half. we also had a lot of members whose posts were 5 and under. that's A LOT of inactivity. that's a lot of people who joined, but didn't even bother to post in the introduction thread. i would like to hear what everyone thinks about this. please leave some feedback

maybe we should remind the 5 post or less user that they are a part of the guild. then sort out the other user that doesn't get on anymore in the non-poster area.

well we might want to rethink the cancelling user. cuz this is what i see in the member area.promote and ban.i'm asubing ban and cancelling their membership.but i'm not sure we want to do that. cuz it might mean that their ban from requesting back into the guild.

hhmmmm.....ok well mailing the 5 and under posters first is a good start. after that i think mailing the non posters is a good idea as well. we should break up the amount of messages to be sent out among the crew. like you take pages 1-10 and then i take 11-21 then jellybean takes 22-32 and so on and so on.

ok i'll handle 1-10 pages. we going to have to send one message at a time tho.due to the fact that we can't send mubit message unless their on our freind list.i just found this out.but if we do one page a day.we should get done with in ten days.
