Attention one and all,
I will be holding a contest soon to test your knowledge of the world of music. It's really simple as I will now elaborate:
The quiz will be a trivia contest. Basically there will be questions and you will answer said questions. I will try to divide questions into different categories such as "Name That Song", "Grammy Winners" or "General Knowledge".
Here is an example of the format:
1: How many albums must be sold for that album to be considered Platinum Status?
2: What band wrote the hit song: "Heart-Shaped Box"?
See, it's pretty easy and you won't be restricted from looking up the answers if you need to. However, to try and prevent ties between contestants, I will add some difficult questions or trivia about myself. Some of those questions will be multiple choice.
Example:
3: What is my real name?
A: Scott
B: Kyle
C: Leonard
D: Kevin
Now don't think you won't be rewarded, you will. I plan to give out some serious gold or other prizes (such as a Monthly Collectible Letter). Oh, and did I mention that it's free to join the contest?
Anyway, this is just a heads-up. I dunno when I'll actually do the contest, probably once we get more active members (That means starting asking and inviting people to join) but keep your eyes posted. Until then, peace out.

You know, I'd really like to get this contest started, but unfortunately I can't because we don't have enough active members.
If we don't do something about this, I will cancel this contest.
