indentThread-Making Guidelines

indentWhen you start a role playing thread, begin the title with “[ RP ].” Start a recruiting thread with “[ RECRUITING ].”

indentYou can specify the level of literacy you want from your role players, but don’t be rude about it! If someone doesn’t measure up to your
indentstandards, all you have to do is politely turn them down. We’re all members of the same guild.

indentAny appropriate genre is welcome, and so are rules for your role plays.

indentPlease don’t copy another person’s setting, plot, or characters. People spend a lot of time on their creations, and this guild shouldn’t be a
indentplace where they have to worry about being ripped off.

indentYou can also use this subforum to discuss anything related to role playing. Just insert “[ DISCUSSION ]” in the beginning of the topic’s
indenttitle to mark your thread.

indentJust follow guild rules, and the Terms of Service. I don’t think I have to go farther than that for you ladies. C:

indentPosting Guidelines

indentYour posts should follow the same rules that apply to threads—don’t break the guild rules or Gaian Terms of Service.

indentWhen you’re in someone else’s role playing thread, follow her rules!

indentIf someone has turned you down because she doesn’t want to role play with you, just accept it and go on.

indentIn role playing forums, it’s always a good rule of thumb to mark whether or not you are “out of character.” Of course, if the thread’s owner
indentdoesn’t require you to do so, you don’t have to worry about it.
