The Rumor Mill Inn seems simple enough on the outside. It comes complete with an outer patio and swinging henge sign. The Sign swing back and forth as you enter the Inn. The smell of old wood, smoke, and ale fills your nostrils as you open the door. It isn't the most pleasant smell in the world, but it does tend to grow on you, and the Rumor Mill Inn is home to largest fireplace in all of Sialis.
Many of the Patrons tend to refer to it as "The Dragon's Furnace". It sits on the far left side of the large room, adjacent to the bar. Abouy eleven feet in diameter, the fireplace is sustained by seven archane enchanted black marble dragons, that curl around it, making the base and structure.
This enchantment was set upon the fireplace by a very powerful dracomancer many years ago. It is said that as long as at least one dragon walks the plains of archanum, the enchantment will never die, for the fire that is produced by the seven black dragons comes from the ember pouches of the seven Dragon warlords themselves.
Still, there are a little more that twenty tables there, each of them crafted from old and splintery wood, yet that did not stop people of all ages and races from flocking to this ancient, Rumor Mill Inn.
