How can you let a guy know you like them... Without telling them directly?

Ask him to go out with you.

He'll either clue in that it's a date right away without you needing to say anything. Or over the course of the "date" he'll slowly start to figure it out.

Or you can pin him to a wall and kiss him. That's my preferred method. And you don't have to say anything at all.

Hm, let's see...the sublety of dating...my suggestion would be to gradually start hanging out with him and spend more and more time together. If he's smart (let's hope), he'll pick up that you like him. In a class I took my Senior year of High School, there was a whole unit on dating and how the subconscious nonverbal actions of a girl are usually subconsciously picked up by the guy. @_@ But that's too technical for me.
