Story: (it takes place in modern London)
For over a century, the mysterious Hellsing Oranization has been secretly protecting the british empire from the undead "freaks." When Integra Hellsing succeeded as the head of the organization, she also inherited the ultimate weapon against there undead enemies, a rogue vampire named Alucard. Armed with an enormous "anti-freak" gun and possessing mysterious and frightening powers, Alucardis forced to shoot Seras Victoria, a young policewoman held hostage by a vampire. "Do you want to live?" he asks Seras, whose very answer changes the course of her existence. Now reborn as Alucard's servant, Seras is town between her conflicting humanity and her vampire urges...
Hellsing dedicated to waging a war against the undead, this secret paramilitary organization is unknown to the public but aparantly has some official authorization, as evidenced by the precedural channels enacted for dealing with outbursts of vampirism in england. Alucard is their stongest weapon.
The Iscariot, this secret branch of the Vatican church is conerned with the same mission as hellsing, destruction of all unholy creatures. Ideological differences come into play as the hellsing has different meathods in waging its battles against the undead. Alexander is the Alucard of the Iscariot.
The Millenium is a society of neo natizies that are making fake vampires, called freaks. They are trying to take over the world like natzis always do.
The Dark Patriots is a very new and hidden organization it is the paramilitary force that handles vampire threats in the US. Next to nothing is known about them, and they have been having serioud tension with the Hellsing organization.
It has been less than a year since the Incognito incident. The Hellsing organization has been suffering greatly because of it. And the Vatican section XIII Iscariot and the newly formed Dark Patriots has been killing the undead in england, which has been almost ignored by the queen and the Round Table council. They taking this chance to finally rise up and take Hellsing's place in England. All in the meanwhile the Millenium has been preparing its conquering of the world since the days of hitler and are making their moves.
The Freak threat has been silent for some months. But now they've returned at a frightnening rate. The number of freaks has also caught the attention of the local public, and media, though they only think of it as a crime group causing all of it. Though there are others, who know the truth, and those who seek it.

extra notes: vampires can only be made when a vampire (not a freak) bites a virgin of the opposite sex. if they arent they just become a ghoul which is just a zombie that does what the vampire commands (vampires can have armies of ghouls, ghouls are diferent than zombies as they can fire guns and only die from shots to the head or heart. also if a freak dies his ghouls remain alive also ghouls from real vampires turn to ash instantly.)
If your a human you can have teams of characters if you want and have squads of characters (since half of them will probably die) like a hypothetical team: a sniper, a heavy weapon guy, a captain, a medic, a few infantry guys, etc.
Werewolves can infect humans with lycanthropy after killing them and biting or clawing them
