Oddly enough this is not only the shortest tower in haven crest but it is also the second biggest, on the north Havencrest wall attached to the Colosseum is the most out of place building you are ever likely to find. Amidst the old style cottages and inns is a large bubble with steel frames, its large glass face reflecting the sunlight creating shafts of light that can be seen from miles around.
In the past this had been the site of the Draphus Undertower, a large up side down tower that digs to the center of Gaia rather than towering towards the sky, having been completely renovated it is now a deep ground hospital and medical research center. The “HMF” is owned and managed by the Lairnee family, the head of which is Braska Lairnee who is also the multimillionaire founder of the organization. With help from the UBN Braska was able to open a free clinic, and before long had collected equipment, medicines and all manors of specially trained staff from every part of every universe.
The further you move down into the depths of the clinic you'll find a vast research facility designed for improving medicines and hospital care, it is said to have the most advanced laboratories in the world, unfortunately it's employees only.
Any member of the UBN can visit the HMF for free treatment, whether it’s for standard check up, or to have a limb reattached, and they can expect to be treated quickly and professionally. Any member of the UBN who is engaged in battle will be teleported straight to the facility once they leave the arena, primarily to overcome the affects of the Defragulator.
The Bridge to Central is under ground and connected to the labs.
