I was surprised that this wasn't already here, so I'll start it.
The setting is on Earth but combined universes of both anime's.
You go around either with saiyan, human, namek, demon, or spirit profiles.
You can ONLY access Super Saiyan with saiyan profile.
Combining the techniques of different profiles are allowed.
Keep it clean as far as relationships go, blood is alright.
Original characters only, no Goku or Kurama stuff.

Character Name: Grave
Profile: Saiyan
General Description: He was once a simple sowrdsman untill a fatal wound almost killed him, a mysterious donor appeared and gave him blood to survive. When he recovered he noticed increased ability and new powers...Saiyan powers. Two years after that he was able to achieve the Super Saiyan state of transformation and has been looking for the man who gave him that blood ever since.
Weapons: Prior to the saiyan blood he weilded a katana, now he weilds a 62' long Odachi. (two-handed sword with insane reach, like sephiroths)
Fighting Style: Power
Basic Attacks: Inferno Fire Blast (Kamehameha wave w/fire attribute), Solar Flare and Rapid Slash (multiple sword swings at blinding speed)
Advanced attacks: Spirit Wave (Genki used in dark tournament), Eruption(summon a rising blast of energy from the ground)
Ultimate Attack: Sword of the Darkness Flame (He'ei used), and Chaos Wave(Vegeta's Final Flash attack with fire/spirit and dark attributes mixed in. Only available in Super Saiyan state.)

Profile: Half Saiyan/Half Demon
General Description: I was born a descendent of both Yuske Urameshi and of Goku. I am 45 generations away from Yuske and therefore it enabled me to inherit the dna of the mozakou. Though unlike Yuske I was born withe the demon energy. I had searched for Yuske and found him in demon world as their leader where I trained under him for 50 years.
Weapons(if aplicable): Demonic Slayer Sword
Fighting Style(power/speed/etc): Can combine Spirit, Demon, and Ki energy in unique and powerful ways and even power it through my sword. I am extremely fast and can move at about 5x the speed of sound.
Basic Attacks: Ki Gun, Spirit Gun, Demon Gun, Kamehameha Wave, Demonic Sword Slash, Ki blasts, Demon Punch, Spirit Punch, Ki Punch, Swift Speed Sword Slash, etc.
Advanced attacks: Spiritual Ki Gun, Demonic Spirit Gun, Demonic Ki Gun, KSD Gun, Spiritual Ki Punch, Demonic Spirit Punch, Demonic Ki Punch, KSD Punch, KSD Swords Fury, Demonic Kamehameha Wave, Spiritual Kamehameha Wave, KSD Kamehameha Wave, Swift Speed KSD Swords Slash, etc.

Bio: DOESN"T KNOW WHO HE IS SEEMS to be half demon half saiyan, because he demonstrates both powers and abilities
POWERS: Uncontrolled energy that seems to come to him at the most important moment or when its needed the most.

Fighting Style(power/speed/etc): Illusion. Ex.: Runs at u, teleports behind n slashes u. twisted
Basic Attacks: Special beam cannon learned from Piccolo, etc.
Advanced attacks: Kamehameha
Ultimate Attack: Spirit bomb 2: Like spirit bomb but more damage.
