Just on the outskirts of town in the southeast residential area of Dollet is a stone house. Walking through the front lawn you can see the two car garage off to the side, connected to the house. As you make your way through the path that leads to a sweeping front porch, you can see the porch swing, drifting lazily in a soft Washington breeze. You hear the gate from the fence close behind you, but you only regret having not closed it quietly because it seemed to hurt the peacfulness of the garden you now stand in. Beautiful flowers towering upwards from the ground, showing you the way to the house in between them.
As you would near the front door, you see it is just a wooden frame with a solid pane of glass for the door, allowing you to see straight down a hallway, and showing the stairs that lead upwards to the second floor.
This house has three stories. The ground level is far more of a communal area, holding a large and capable kitchen which conects directly to a dining hall which could easily seat 20 people and still have elbow room. Close to these are the living room with a fireplace and entertainment center that is made of a beautiful oak. And connecting all of these as an apex of the floor is a ballroom that could entertain dozens of visitors. From this ballroom, one can travel through a pair of glass double doors to the back yard which supports outside festivities, housing another beautiful garden and a changing house for the large pool.
The second floor is more private for the denizens, having two master bedrooms, each holding their own master bath. And also holding two guest bedrooms, also with their own fully furnished bathrooms. And through a set of double doors that are also made of a smokey glass, is a study with shelves and shelves of books; refference, novels, and a myriad of others that stretch from the floor to the cieling 10 feet up. Two large and imperious desks reside in this room, complete with a high backed chair for each of them. The third floor though was an attic, but now is filled to the brim with fluffy pillows and mirrors galore.
Welcome to 1239 First Street.

When Raditz and Lucy apeared in front of the house, he pulled her hands down and looked up as his jaw went slack, though it still held a smile that showed he most definatly aproved of it if this was the one she was actually looking at. When she was in a good mood she was one to pull pranks too so he was watching her for that too.
"Yeah, your sense of what's big and small is definately broken." Then he laughed a bit as he turned to her and gave a bit of a wink before squeezing her hand gently, "So, how long have you been looking at this one anyway?"

"I actually stumbled across it one of the first days we were here." This was indeed a lie. The fact was, she had never even truley been to that house. Instead, she had seen it in her dreams. It was so realistic that she knew it must exist, and so it did. In her dreams she would walk through the house, taking in every detail. If she wanted to, she could probably name every little thing about the house down to the smallest marks on the wooden floors. She knew this is where she was meant to be. "I fell in love with it instantly." She approached the gate and pushed it open slowly, minimizing the sound. "Care to come in? It's unlocked..."

Raditz smiled and nodded, following Lucy through the gate and making sure to close it with the same care that she had opene it with. The smell of the flowers was washing over him and he had a good idea that something was up, but for now he was thoroughly content to be keeping her happy, "M'kay, so let's go inside then. You lead the way since I have no idea where we're even at." Then he chuckled a bit, walking up next to her to hold her hand in his, letting his thumb gentle rub the back of her hand.

"Okay... would you rather go in the front door or the back door? Let's do the front this time, we can come out through the back. Oh you should see the swimming pool. It's magical!" She led him up the front steps of the porch and through the front door, which was indeed unlocked, just as she had said. Upon entry to the house, Lucy felt that feeling again. The feeling as if someone was watching her. She looked around a bit suspiciously, almost as if they weren't alone. She had been expecting this to happen, though it had caught her by suprise. Shaking it off, she turned to Raditz again and tried to cover up her little daydream. "It really is magnificent, isn't it?"

Raditz smiled and kept up right behind her, smiling all the way, though when she had her little 'lapse' he moved a bit closer to stand right next to her. "Yeah, this place is great actually. How did someone not manage to get here first though... I can see tons of people wanting this house."
Then he laughed quietly before he bumped his hip into hers. "So what do we need to fix anyway?"

"Well, not too much of anything... being as it is fully furnished." She flashed another smile and led him through the living room and into the ball room. Everything was in place, just as if had never been used. A small amount of dust covered everything, casting a sad feeling about the house. "We just need to clean up a little and claim a room for ourselves. I believe there are two master bedrooms. You get one and I get the other?"

Raditz looked at her with a smirk and a raised eyebrow before he laughed once again, shaking his head as he pulled her over to tickle her sides, "I'll wrestle ya for that one. I think your sister should get one and I'll take the other." He was of course joking about that part. He'd give Livvy the second master bedroom, but he wanted to be able to curl up next to Lucy, and make sure she was safe and comfortable. Also, he wanted to make sure he was safe... Just in a different meaning of the term.

"I'm confused... You mean that both Livvy and I get the master bedrooms and you get one of the smaller guest rooms?" She was showing no mercy in her teasing now. She knew full well where he wanted to stay but her look of innocence said other wise. "I mean, surely you don't want to stay with me? We were just staying in one room at the hotel to save some money, weren't we?"

Raditz was really trying not to laugh, he wanted to win in one of these games at least once, though that looked like a slim posibility normally, so he stopped tickling her long enough to give her a playful glare and turn so he could stand right in front of her, a hand on her waist once again, "Naw, we were doing that so that you had a punching bag when you get all pissy at night. Besides, it's not like we're a couple or anything, sheesh."

"Hmmm... true. It's not. It's not like you ever asked me to be your girlfriend or anything..." She smiled one last time before spotting the staircase leading upstairs. "Come on... we'll pick out the nicer of the two smaller bedrooms for ya." Pulling him with her, she headed up the stairs.

Smiling as he went with her, he made sure to be standing just behind her and to not le go of her hand as they walked, "Actually I did, so nyah! you can't get me with that one. And besides, smaller room means less to clean anyway."

Leading him upstairs now, they came across the first room. One of the smaller ones. It had a light blue theme to it and looked rather plain. "Like this one? Or let's go see the next one..." She pulled him to the next room, again another smaller one. This one was a bit more decorative and was filled with white lace everywhere. "I think this one suits you best, m'dear. This is where you will stay." Coming across the first master bedroom, she peered inside. "Oh! Definitely Livvy's style. Just look..." It was soft and sweet. Everything in light pink and white. Something definitely her sister would approve of. "Let's just hope this last one is good for me..." The truth was, she already knew what all of these rooms looked like. And she knew her room was the last one down the hall. Standing alone, it was the grand master bedroom. A bit bigger than the last, it cast a feeling of grandeur. Everything was wooden and comfortable. When he looked in, this is what he would see. Bedroom

As Raditz followed her to the last room he looked in and whistled, it was quite a sight to behold and he couldn't help but let a smile cross his face as he slipped both his arms around her stomach and then rested his chin against her shoulder before kissing her neck slowly, "Yours I assume..."
Then he smiled playfully before she's feel his hands shift so he was holding both her wrists in one hand, as his other started tickling her sides again.

"Yes sir, mine. Not as pretty as your lacey room, but it will do." She laughed softly as she entered the room, heading straight for the bed. Sitting down, she instantly felt a feeling of relaxation come over her. Yes, this room was hers. She felt it. "Perhaps you can visit every so often."
